Had a sink and faucet installation. Booking appointment was easy and was able to have work done within a few days. The company texted the name and photo of the plumber, which was great. Our plumber was on time, respectful, and knowledgeable. The plumbing and counter adjustments to accommodate the new sink were expertly completed. The new sink installed along with a faucet and garbage disposal, water purifier, and dishwasher were reconnected. The plumber took all the old materials out and left the area clean. I recommend this company.

Very unprofessional driving very unsafe driving with this company one of their trucks just almost rear-ended me for no reason other than that they were in a hurry. This particular driver was weaving in and out of traffic on the feeder trying to get onto 45 right at River plantation I would not use this company they are unsafe they have proven to be unsafe just in their driving alone

I would like to comment on the professionalism of this company throughout the whole process. I called the office and spoke with Midi and right off the bat they were very helpful and knowledgeable about my problem, they were also able to work me in on a timely fashion. Once arrived Bryan looked at what I had and gave me answers and information on the options I had and did not try and up sale me on things I didn't need, much like the other 2 plumbing companys that came out did. Instead fixed my problem at a very reasonable rate quick and efficiently. They are also very clean and well mannered. I will never use another plumber in my home again and would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Bryan and his team installed our whole house generator and did so in a timely and very professional manner. Everyone from Midi ( the office manager) to Bryan's field assistants are professional and very knowledgeable. I went with this company due to the high reviews here on Google, and I’m definitely disappointed.
My bib hose broke off outside so I had to turn the water off to the house around noon Friday. They said someone would come out between 5-8 pm. Did not show until 9 pm. Worked on this until 2am. Still not fixed and pinhole leaks in his solder. Came back at 7 am, and it is almost 4 pm the next day and it’s still leaking. My husband is now trying to put a band aid of flex tape on it so we can at least shower and flush toilets. We’ve called the answering service and no managers will get back to us. I have plumbers in the family and I know that this is not usual, it should have taken a few hours. They already charged me over $1000 and the job is no where close to done. I will update on how this awful situation turns out.

I have become a repeat customer. Bluewater Plumbing, LLC provides fantastic plumbing services. They were responsive, on-time, reasonably priced, professional, and they did things by the book. Having an engineering background, I am very impressed by all of the above. Bryan and his crew did an amazing job.

I can’t say enough good things about this company, the owner Brian or Carlos the plumber. They are professional, knowledgeable, ethical, fair, scrupulous and trustworthy. I’ve used them for a new water heater, a shower head issue, to fix a toilet, a toilet rebuild and to reconnect my appliances after I got new floors- a bit of everything and every time it’s gone exactly as it should. It’s such a relief to have a company that I can call on and know that any issue will be handled completely, promptly , professionally and in a timely manner. Blue water plumbing was SO helpful today. They fit us in quickly, came and assessed our problem and were very reasonably priced.

Big shout out to Bryan and Carlos at Bluewater Plumbing… My elderly father lost his balance and fell against the toilet cracking the the tank at 230am today. I called Bryan early in the morning. He had Carlos pick up the tank and come by and fix it. Like many, money is a little tight these days and the entire repair with labor was under $300. Honestly, these gentlemen were my angels and what started out as a very messy stressful day was made so much better because of them
