I called in the morning and Deven was assigned to us and out by the afternoon. He was early!! We explained what needed to be done and after we approved the estimate he got to work. Deven was thorough and so kind. We ran into a slight problem when the water was turned back on, the pressure blew a gasket in the upstairs 1/2 bath. Luckily we noticed before he left so he was able to stop the leak. Glad we called.

I called Paul on Monday morning and they arrived later that morning to disconnect washer and gas dryer. Paul went above and beyond by moving them into the garage for me. Great company and wonderful people!

We gave Paul the Plumber a call when our washer hose literally disintegrated today and sprayed water everywhere. They came the same day and earlier than the expected estimated time which is a plus. Very quick to respond to a non emergency call. (Called 4:30pm and arrived at 7:30am next morning). Was able to troubleshoot problem with tankless hot water heater and provide a temporary fix. Made recommendations on another problem. Fair pricing + offered Sr Discount! Will use again if need arises

Got a next day appointment to fix a leaking main water shut off. Deven came out and replaced the shut off valve for us. He was friendly and patient with our questions. Great job!

They diagnosed and fixed a problem that a previous plumber 4 weeks before threw up his hands over and said wasn't a plumbing problem (while charging me $350 despite their dispatcher trying to find ways to upcharge me. I could actually hear her on the phone asking him if there wasn't more they could bill me).
