I just got my new Navien 240S2 Tankless Water Heater installed, replacing my two 40 gal 19 yr old water heaters. I am very happy with the work and professionalism of this company. They were fast, efficient, and clean. They explained everything well. The owner's are honest and very friendly. They are pricing reasonable and affordable, therefore, you won't get overcharged. Brandon Higgins and Chase showed up and both were very professional. They were prompt and worked diligently to fix a difficult issue and did a fantastic job.

Called after hours about a leaking sprinkler line. The service tech showed up within the hour and was very polite, thorough, and we had the problem solved in about 30 minutes... will use again.

Toilet gave out Friday late afternoon. Brandon was there first thing in the morning with new toilet he had to shop for. Old toilet had to go out as a single unit and he handled it all with no complaints. Great company to work with!!

The day after Christmas and all of a sudden the shower would not drain and water coming out of the base pf the toilet. Called Priority and they were there within a couple of hours, Found the problem straight away from a blockage in the main sewer line under the toilet. Cleared the line and reinstalled the toilet and then also fixed another toilet that had gotten loose on its base. Professional and quick.

The on/off float in the water tank under my outdoor fountain had worn out causing the tank to continually fill and overflow. Two very courteous young men came out on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, stopped the flooding and will return once the replacement part comes in. Very pleased and recommend this service.

These guys are great. Recently, Tachus Internet service bored Fiber Optics through our subdivision and they hit my sewer line. Thinking I had a problem, I called Priority Plumbing. Brandon and Chase of Priority were great, they responded quickly and identified the problem. I paid them for their service and I'm sure I'll fight with Tachus to get a refund on their screw up - big companies don't care about people. Trust me. I'll never us Tachus for Internet, but I will use Priority Plumbing, again and again, for my plumbing needs.

I called for a clogged drain and spoke to the owner, Greg. He took my problem and kept in contact with me until a plumber arrived. The plumber was very professional and responsive to my isssue and listened to what steps i had taken before calling. I highly recommend Priority Plumbing and will use them again.

Brandon and Chase did an awesome job repairing our blocked sink faucet. They also changed all the water shutoff valves in t sinke bathrooms and the kitchen. Thanks Priority Plumbing!
