TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had to call due to them being over an hour late for a scheduled appointment. Mike completely forgot about our appointment! After discussing the details of a previous job, Mike became rude, would not allow me to speak, and started to become belligerent, and essentially hung up on me.

Owner be aware! I contacted this plumbing company to repair a burst pipe in my wall after the great freeze. They repaired the pipe and turned the water on full force instead of easing it on and burst a hot water line in my attic which turned my kitchen into a swimming pool. Instead of taking responsibility, they just turned off the water to the house and left me with no water because they had another "urgent appointments" waiting for them to service.

They then presented me with an estimate for several thousands of dollars to run pex piping throughout the house to fix the problem they caused. Very poor service! Don’t walk but RUN from these guys, unless you are looking for an indoor pool in your kitchen.

Im the manager with Above & Beyond Assisted Living facility here in Conroe. We had a few plumbing issues with the facility and as soon as i called Conroe Plumbing, these guys were out here in a flash. Their plumbers were so friendly, professional, and all around great guys! I highly recommend these guys for any plumbing needs. We will definitely be working in the future with them. 5 stars for sure!!

to say this company is highly recommended by me is an understatement not only did they respond in half the time they said they would early early in the morning but they fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. And the lady that answered the phone even went above and beyond to calm me down and help me think as my water was leaking everywhere and then also made sure the company didn't wake up my son when they showed up at the house. Wow. Highly highly recommend.

Wow! I'm truly impressed, speechless really, on how fast and professional a main water line was fixed. I called at 6pm, and it was completely sealed by 745pm. Spectacular service, will absolutely use them again!

We had a kitchen sink that wouldn't drain and these guys came out within an hour of calling on a Saturday. They were quick, easily fixed the problem, and were easy to get along with. 5/5 Would recommend and use again.

I hired Conroe Plumbing, LLC to put in a whole house water shut off valve and explained what I needed done over the phone. When the plumber came the next day, I showed them the hole I dug in the ground exposing the water main pipe and told them that I wanted a valve placed in that exact spot. The plumber, instead, opted to replace the water shut off valve to the irrigation system and I told them that is not what I asked for so they did not charge me for their mistake. I pointed to the hole in the ground and told them again exactly what I wanted and where I wanted it. They proceeded to spend 30 minutes trying to figure out where the water line to the house was and broke away some paneling by an exterior faucet "looking for a solution". I asked them, what you are doing? They said they were trying to figure out a good place to put the water shut off valve and AGAIN, I pointed to the hole in the ground and said "I dug this hole for you guys to put the shut off valve right there!". Only then did they finally do what I asked them to do after 1.5 hours later for a job that they could have done in 30 minutes had they followed my instructions in the first place! Overall, they did the job fine and did not charge me more than they quoted -- only wished they listened to my instructions carefully in the first place...

I am a picky person. I like things done fast and correctly. I have had a few calls at my house to fix various issues and each time it is the same things....polite, quick, respectful and most importantly they are correct and fix the issue the first time. I can not put 6 stars but if I could I would. I think that the real test of a service is if I would recommend the company to my family and I would without hesitation. Good job guys....thank you for doing a great job.

We had a water heater issue after the feeeze. They were actually quick to respond and a very nice, courteous, gentleman came out and explained the problem. We decided to think over our options then called back the next day to get someone to come fix the issue. They said they were way too busy now with all the people with water in their homes. We said we understood but call us back when they had time. Over a week later we called back, the lady answering phones said they did not want to help us and then hung up on us. Hahaha! Cannot make this up. Sounds like she needs a vacation and a margarita.

Dyllan and Ant were the two men who came to my home on 03/16/21. They took the time to cut two holes in my wall to find out that my tub needed to be re-sealed and a screw replaced in the faucet. They told me they would be back the next day and did not show up. When I called to see why they had not shown up over an hour after the scheduled time Dyllan said he was caught up at another job and would not be able to make it. He did not make an effort to call and let me know this himself. I waited 3 more days and still had not received a call back to schedule a time to have the work completed, so I reached out to one of the co-owners of the company. He told me that this particular employee worked long hours and probably just forgot about my house. He assured me the lady in the office would call me by the next day to schedule the appointment. They never called back. Save yourself the $250.00 service call fee and call a company that will fix the problem, not cause more.

Quick service on a Sunday afternoon! They did a great job and cleaned up the hole after replacing the water line in my yard. They also don’t charge a surcharge for weekends, so don’t be afraid to call any time! Quality work for a fair price

I've had to call them a couple times. Always on a holiday too. They were kind, when I know they probably would rather be with their family. We had a nightmare rental and yeah we were so thankful to have found Conroe plumbing. It's been awhile since I've had to call them and have been meaning to leave a review. I had to call them out for a recheck and they were just the absolute best. We have since moved into a new house and if we ever need a plumber we will use their services and I only ever reccomend them. Thank you to the amazing company from the kind woman on the phone to all the employees!

I called Thursday night late expecting to get just a scheduler or answering service. I got Michael and he was at home, was likely in the middle of dinner with his family. He took the time to talk to me about my problem and said he would personally have someone out there around 2pm. Friday comes and he made sure to update me on an arrival time (just a bit after 3pm) but hey.... jobs take time and may go over a bit so I was understanding. Michael was professional, courteous and re-built my P trap and unclogged the line in just about 30 mins and was done. Then he took the time to explain to me what was the issue. If I EVER have any issue with my plumbing again, I will call Conroe Plumbing for sure!

The master plumber showed up an hour late for the diagnostic visit. I had to go out to the property twice. They got the job done the next day, Which was very good. But did not replace the water heater with the same size. I had no time to ask them to switch it so I got to pay for the bigger one. They did not send an invoice, but called for payment by phone a few days after the service. I gave them my credit card number and asked for an invoice. The next day the owner called asking why I had not paid. Apparently he was not in communication with his staff. I still had not received an invoice. The new water heater has a warranty. I had to call them back to ask about it because they told me nothing. The owner acted as if I should have known to get the serial number and call the manufacture for Warranty information. Then he asked for my recorded call times to his tech and secretary from my phone because he did not know what his staff was doing. Not organized at all! Thankfully the inspection went well except for the water spot on the drywall from where the tech drained the old water heater. I get to go out and paint it now! UPDATE on 8/7. I finally got the invoices on 8/5. The first one did not have a credit card processing fee. The next one did and it was a huge $88! The owner indicated he would not remove this fee even though he added it AFTER the original invoice was created.

I do not recommend this service provider!

Walden- We had been without water since the recent freeze of Feb 12, 2020- due to the demand for repairs we were finally able to get Mike, Dylan and Anthony from Conroe Plumbing- They arrived late Monday afternoon 2/22 promised we would have water before they left. They stayed well after dark and made sure everyone in our Condo building had water again. Dylan and Anthony never stopped fixing broken pipes, Mike (the Owner) even showed up to make sure we were taken care of. Only concern they had was getting our water restored. I cannot recommend them enough and they are the only plumbing company I will recommend and use!! Thank You Guys for putting needs of others over yours.

Words cannot express my gratitude and thanks to Mike, Justin and Conroe Plumbing. We had an issue at 1:30 AM Easter morning. I am sure, that coming out in the middle of the night was not what they wanted to do. They arrived within the time frame they projected, were friendly, professional and did just a great job. Mike, the lead, was very knowledgeable and just a great guy. I believe Justin is an apprentice as they did not charge for his time....which surprised me and he was great and a professional. We will definitely call Conroe Plumbing again! Thanks guys. Hope you had a blessed Easter.

We contact these people to fix my elderly mother in law's well. She wrote them a check for $2,100 when they completed (completion was a nightmare which took almost a week). My wife immediately (same day, with in an hour) contacted them and told them not to use the check and gave them our credit card information. The charged the card. A week later, they CASHED the check!! We went down there and they said no one was around that could authorize the refund. We went back the next next. Promises promises. The robbed an elderly lady and have no problem doing it! This has been three months now and phone calls after phone calls. Nothing! We filed a report with the Attorney General and are headed to small claims court. The employees were complaining their pay checks were not clearing the bank. This company is in bad shape y'all. Please save yourselves and DO NOT use them!

I reached the limit to my DIY know how and contacted Conroe Plumbing. I received a few recommendations for them from friends and also knew I wanted someone local, in case further issues came up. One of their plumbers, Roger, came out and did an awesome job, both in fixing what I had messed up and in dealing with an issue I wasn’t even aware of. Roger also provided advice on what to do to prevent the issue I was having and also what to avoid so I don’t make things worse. Yes, it’s expensive and sucks to take a hit in the wallet but when you have no other choice but to call the pros, definitely call Conroe Plumbing.

Second time using Conroe Plumbing and they were fantastic! Even came out on a holiday to fix a pipe leak. Super happy with their work and will be using them again.

Conroe Plumbing came to our rescue last night! When our hot water tank pressure valve blew at 12am and water was spewing everywhere, they were quick to answer our call and dispatch help. Justin and another guy (sorry I didn’t even get your name!) arrived shortly and dealt with the issue. They were so professional and knowledgeable and such friendly guys. Since it was after 1am by the time they were done they didn’t worry about payment details etc, but said we could deal with all of that in the morning. We were so relieved. I now have these guys on speed dial! We had tried our home warranty company and three other companies and none would help us at that time of the day. It was a huge relief to hear Keisha’s “Sure, I’ll send them right now”. Thank you, Conroe Plumbing.
