We needed our water conditioner replaced. David was the tech who initially arrived and diagnosed the situation. He stated he would be back with the new conditioner in two days, and he was. David and Caleb worked well together to replace the conditioner, and service our tankless water heater. I could not be any happier with their service. I highly recommend them

We had the unfortunate mishap of our water heater failing, and continually draining water into the pan and out into our yard. We called Benjamin Franklin and within just a few hours they were out on the same day. Caleb came out and explained every issue with the water heater thoroughly, answering every question we had. Caleb & Gage came to unclog our kitchen sink. Very professional & 10 out of 10 service. They were able to unclog it within no time & back draining properly. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

We had natural gas leaks in our gas lines. Our gas provider shut off service until it was fixed. David came out and got the job done and did a great job! It was a big job taking two days, but he found and fixed several eaks, after which our gas company came out and confirmed everything was fixed and turned our gas back on. I wish we had called David before calling our gas company after smelling a gas leakage.
