Excellent service from start to finish. The technician David promptly repaired a leak at my outside faucet coming from the main to the house and then re-insulated the pipe with great attention to detail. He was very professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the whole process. Pricing was very reasonable, making the overall experience outstanding. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a reliable plumbing service.

Superb service! The office was extremely friendly and accommodating, and provided us with prompt service. The technician, Caleb, was knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient and pricing was very reasonable for the service received. I will definitely trust them for any future plumbling needs.

The service Caleb provided was top notch! He made sure I was involved and aware of everything he was doing and answered all my questions. He was extremely respectful of our property and left his work area cleaner than he found it. He was running late but the office kept me informed. Will definitely use again.

We had an emergency backup and overflow in one of the houses on our property. They came out quickly. They did an amazing job of troubleshooting. Found out we had a septic we didn't know about. They fixed and replaced the things that were wrong. Everything was up and running by the time they left. Caleb was extremely friendly and explained things in depth. We really appreciated that. We we highly recommend them to anyone.

Caleb came today and did a very thorough job of replacing piping to my water treatment system. Very well mannered and professional person. And beat a quote from another plumber. I recommend highly.

I called Franklin Plumbing not having had any experience with them. I didn’t expect anything other than a good job, but what I got was excellence from their representative Caleb. He was first class and did first class work. I decided after he did such a great job on my water heater, which he started around 9 in the morning and worked until 9 at night. My water heater is in a very cramped space in my attic, that I would get a water filtration system installed. Again, worked two different days until the job was finished. One 9 pm quiting time and one 8:30 quiting time. Two different days because the filter had to soak for several hours so the filter media did not float up into my pipes, when running water through it. I would recommend Franklin Plumbing very highly!!

David was competent, kind, and repaired my kitchen plumbing quickly for a fair price. He fixed some issues that were not done up to code previously and I am grateful everything is working properly now! He also identified some issues that need to be addressed soon so I don’t get another plumbing nightmare surprise in then future. Highly recommend and will use this company again for any future plumbing needs!

Awesome service!! I was literally throwing a party at my home and two hrs prior the entire house was backed up with toilet water. Did I mention this was on a Saturday night? These guys were on seen in less than an hour and even though it ended up being one heck of a job they worked till the middle of the night and were back out the next morning to finish the job. The guys were personable and proffesional.i sincerely appreciate your quick response,hard work ethic, and dedication to find the problem and fix it! This plumber installed what they said was a top of the line Rheem Water Heater in January of 2021 and charged me 1600 dollars. Less than a year later, I had to have it worked on and found out that they had installed a Tall State Propane Water Heater to run on natural gas. Very Disappointed.
