Paul replaced the two shut-off valves for the washing machine in my laundry room. An hour or so after they were replaced, I noticed that one was dripping because the part was defective. It had a tiny pinhole leak in the body of the valve. Paul came back the same afternoon and replaced the bad valve again and everything is fine now. Paul is very honest and he wants to do right for his customers.

Real nice company. Honest, straightforward and did a great job installing our whole house water purification system. Reasonable prices and efficient service. Highly recommend!

This reliable company does exactly what they say they will do. I have worked with the owners as well as one of their knowledgeable techs, Deven. They are skilled, efficient, and priced fairly. I went through 3 other plumbers before finally finding them, and I call on them for projects large and small.

Deven did a great job repairing a leak that was discovered when purchasing our new home. He was professional, attentive and completed the work quickly. Would definitely do business with again!

I called Paul the Plumber regarding stopped up toilet @ 7:00 pm. Paul was finishing up another job at that time and didn't know if he would be able to make it that evening.  I explained that it was the only toilet working because the other restroom had been demolished for remodeling.  Him and his sweet wife showed up @8:30 pm and worked for about two hours to fix the issue.

Paul and Deven came back about two weeks later and installed a stand-up shower and (2) toilets. They did an amazing job! I highly recommend them.

Paul was timely and performed a great service on my kitchen sink. He really bailed us out of a jam. A family of four with no kitchen sink is not an ideal situation. Paul to the rescue! Highly recommend his services.

Representative was very respectful and made sure to explain everything planned for the flushing of my hot water tank. Also, very clean. Made sure any mess made was out back in order!

Good communication. Deven was on time, professional & did a great job of replacing 2 outside faucets. And as an added bonus didn’t replace the 3rd faucet because he saw it had been replaced fairly recently. He also didn’t try & up sell me something like some other plumbers I have had.

Another 5 Stars. Devon installed two bathroom faucets. Very professional. When I asked if connections need replacing he said they were new enough & just fine. He also answered the questions I had about cartridge replacement. I also will add it cost me less then half of the price I was quoted by a big plumbing company.

Paul's was able to get us on the schedule same-day, and charged around half of what a competitor had quoted for the same work. Devon was prompt, professional, friendly, and took care of the problem. I highly recommend Paul's!

I own a bath remodel business and I know I can depend on Paul the Plumber whenever I need them. They are always on time and they get the job done right every time. I give a 10yr warranty with my work so I can’t afford to use a plumber that cuts corners. Paul the Plumber is my go to company and their prices are reasonable too.

Paul initially came out and reviewed options with us; explaining everything in detail and making good recommendations. Deven & Andrew came out to repair a copper line above our Kitchen ceiling that had started leaking. They replaced all lines in the area with PEX in just a few hours. I appreciated their good work and quick scheduling for this non-emergency situation.

Sadly my 21 year old water heater bit the dust. Always a great service with Paul The Plumber!

Wow, what can I say? Our tankless hot water heat was acting up so I reach out and did some searches. Paul was recommended to me. After sending him a late night request I was contacted the next day. He came out that same night to look at it. He gave me two fair options and we decided on getting it replaced. Paul said he can probably get it done in 2 days...guess what? He got the new unit and asked when I could be home for him to install within a day. Less than 40 minutes later with him and a helper they were done. Now that's what I call service. Great guy, great price, great company for my plumbing needs. Thank you for getting my hot water working again. Highly recommend Paul The Plumber!!

Update- we had an issue pop up the next night. I contacted Paul and it was quickly fixed the next day. Thanks again and highly recommended.

Solid Installation, But Pricey Unit**

I called Paul the Plumber last Friday when my old garbage disposal was making a weird noise even though it was 2 yrs old. They responded quickly – scheduled and completed the job the same day. Deven arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and paid excellent attention to detail throughout the installation. He explained everything clearly, cleaned up, and made sure the new unit was working flawlessly before leaving. The service experience was truly top-notch.

The only downside for me was the cost of the 1/2 HP garbage disposal itself – it felt quite expensive compared to similar models I’ve seen at big-box stores or online, and it was not of the latest models.

Just recommend for anyone who values fast, reliable, and attentive service! In regards to Price….not much

They came to do an annual maintenance on my tankless hot water heater. Got here on time, did a great job! The young man was super polite and professional! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help.

Paul was very professional and prompt. I called after hours and we set up an appointment for the next day. He was able to get me on the schedule very quickly. He promptly diagnosed the problem and offered me a couple of different options which was nice for my budget and he and his staff are very professional. If you're looking for good quality work in the Lake Conroe area, I would definitely recommend Paul The Plumber!

I called Paul the Plumber early on a Sunday morning a nervous wreck about my leaking hot water heater in my attic. Deborah was very helpful and reassuring by explaining the process. Paul came to my house and had the issue fixed in less than two hours tops the very same day. His prompt service helped save us thousands in damage. Will continue to support the business and recommend to friends nearby.

Called in the morning for a service tech to come out that day and they were able accommodate us while several other plumbers stated we would have to wait several days. Andrew showed up and evaluated the issue and called their office to get us a quote. After approving their quote, Andrew proceeded with the repair. The work was done quickly and of high quality. We would recommend Paul’s for your plumbing needs.

Such a great experience!
We had a gas line debacle and Paul made our job a priority. He made his initial visit on Christmas Eve because we were expecting some cold weather. Although we had to wait for the City to reopen Paul and his team worked hard to complete our job on the same day they were able to start and for a fraction of other price quotes we got!

Needed a service call for
evaluation of a small drip, possible leak under a master bathroom sink…was able to receive same day service and repair. Darling call center receptionist who was so helpful scheduling me. Andrew R. ended up coming out earlier than the scheduled assigned plumber and our issue was handled quickly and neatly.

Will definitely be using Paul the Plumber for my plumbing issues moving forward!
