They have always arrived quickly,same day! They never just recommend a total HVAC replacement based on the age of the system like everyone else does, they repair it. Therefore, when we actually DO need a new system we will call them first!

The technicians that came to my home were professional and nice the entire time. I highly recommend Reliable Air & Heat because Windy in the office and the technicians are professional and give the customer great customer service. I am happy with the job they did for me. There quote/pricing is the best in town. If you need duct work cleaning, or a/c repair this is the company to call. I am happy to say I have found my new a/c repair company right here in Conroe, TX. I came home to a very hot house on a Friday evening around 6 p.m. and was desperate for help. After researching, I found Reliable Air and Heat, and I’m so glad I did! They responded quickly and had a service technician at my home within 30 minutes. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and had our air conditioning up and running in no time. He also performed a thorough diagnostic of the entire system to ensure everything was functioning properly. The professionalism and kindness of the team exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely recommend Reliable Air and Heat to anyone in need of service!

Called for AC tune-up and had same-day available appointments. Tech arrived promptly on time as promised and both were very friendly and professional. Reasonably priced as well for the services. Highly recommend this company and will use again!

Appointment was at 9am, they were here promptly! They got us up and running within a couple hours! Highly recommend! Will recommend to all my family and friends! The owner even called later on in the evening to check up on things, thought that was above and beyond!

They had a technician out in 30 minutes of me calling. Roy cam out and fixed my ac unit quickly and informed me of what had happened and how he fixed it. Very nice and professional. Definitely will be using these guys in the future!

Reliable air & heat did a great job replacing our failed HVAC. I called Monday morning, a technician came in two hours and we determined a new unit was needed. They came the next day and removed the old and installed the new unit in under 6 hours.

I called in for a service call and Robert and Wendy were able to send Horacio to our house same day service. He was able to determine the problem and fix it with no issues. He was knowledgeable in fixing the problem. I highly recommend Reliable Air & Heat. I will continue to use this co in the future.

I called for a last minute heat related service call. We were leaving town the next day and Wendy was so helpful and she got me worked in the schedule the day. The service tech Horacio was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to fix the issue right away. He even took time to assist me with resetting a thermostat that had not been syncing to the phone app for over a year. Horacio Gonzalez from Reliable Air and Heat was awesome,I came home to a hot house and called reliable air and heat. Horacio was there in about 30 minutes. He was very friendly and explained everything to me as it happened. They diagnosed my issue quick and had the parts on the truck to fix it. Horacio went above and beyond to educate me about my system. Very thankful for Horacio and his team at reliable air and heat for there work. Once again, Robert and his Reliable A/C and Heat crew have come to my rescue!👌My 23yr old central A/C finally bit the dust last week. Manuel did an excellent job finding out what was wrong with our AC unit! He was up there for about an hour and gave us a really good detailed description of what was wrong and how to fix it. He was on time, worked fast and was straightforward with everything, if you need AC work I’d strongly recommend him! Thank you!!

I called Reliable Air Wednesday morning when our AC wasn't cooling. Appointment was set for our tech Manuel Vargas to arrive between 3-5p. Manuel was incredibly professional, courteous and incredibly clean! He explained the problem with our AC, fixed it. He offered options to keep our system running more efficiently and possibly extending its life. We are having the additional services done next week.
I give Manuel and Reliable Air and Heat 10 STARS if I could, they are our go to AC & Heating Company from now on!

My ac was not cooling and I had immediate angst, knowing the horrors I have heard from people with their ac provider. I am so grateful I found and trusted Reliable Air. Our coils were gone and putting freeon was no longer a saving technique as the hole was too big and ice was already forming around the coils. (see pic attched)
Reliable air was able to address the problem accurately. The guy that represented their company was very knowlegable and profession. Also imporatant the price was fair and not gouging like some other places.They were able to replace and install new coils the same day. The guys also was very clean and tidy. Everyone living in Texas knows the summer heat can be brutal. Thanks so much.

Robert and his team did a great job installing a mini split for me. Beto and Jimmy (I believe was his name) were prompt, courteous, and professional. They installed it very well.
