First off they were the ONLY company that could come out on a Saturday afternoon. They were actually on a big project at the time but we're able to get a technician out to assess issue. Scheduled our job just 2 days later and completed it flawlessly, exceeding my expectations. All of this at a fair price. They are now and will always be our AC service company.

I would recommend this company to anyone that needs service or replacement. We had a total inside/outside system replaced. They showed up when they told us they would. They came in and assessed what was going to be needed to replace our attic unit. They laid drop cloths on the floor so no mess would be made on carpet.
After everything was completed, anything that made it to the carpet was vacuumed up and they did a walk through the yard to be sure nothing was left. The owner and the crew were all very polite and explained what was being done throughout the entire process. Very professional and hard working. I can't tell you the last time we were that comfortable at night.

We have used A/C Plus for 5 years for our business and home. Thomas and his team are always personable, professional, and provide detailed information about what they are doing or propose to do in order to fix our issue and get us back in working order asap. We always learn something new about our systems when we have them serviced or repaired. A/C Plus educates so we can work as a team to keep our cooling and heating systems in tip top working order so we can conduct business uninterrupted and relax at home in comfort.

I was referred to Tom by a neighbor who said Tom was fair, honest and friendly! Wow! I owe that friend a big thank you. Tom came right out, looked at our system and correctly diagnosed it saving me over ten thousand from the previous company. The owner, Thomas, is honest, professional and very knowledgeable with many years of experience in this field. He has a good bunch of guys working with him for the last several years that are competent and respectful. They all go the extra mile to do quality work and take the time to answer all my questions to my satisfaction.

Thomas and his crew are on time and finish the jobs on or under estimate. I have used this company twice for home A/C and once on a commercial job. These guys are top notch. I stumbled onto them after a couple other companies couldn’t figure out my issue. Thomas came out and diagnosed the issue in a couple hours and had it repaired the next day. I had them out again recently and Abraham was very knowledgeable and had my problem diagnosed in no time. He came back the next day with parts and had me back up and running in no time. I’ve tried a couple different companies in my areas and these guys are worth every penny.

I came across A/C Plus after several bad experiences with other companies. My last company quit on me after they couldn't figure out my problem. Thomas was very knowledgeable and was able to deduce my problem quickly. He had the parts replaced that day and I was up and running. He far surpassed the previous companies with his knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking. I will be using them from now on.

For a homeowner, this could be one of the most important upgrades you do to your house. You want to be sure it is done right & you get the value for your hard earned money. Thomas and his team showed great professionalism & skill when installing my new A/C systems. After receiving other quotes and then speaking with A/C plus, i knew this would be my choice for install. They were knowledgeable, very respectful to my home, and fair on price. They went out of their way to answer all of my questions and even found previous hidden damage from an install 20yrs ago and fixed it! I lost my old A/C guy and I'm glad because now I found A/C plus.

Thomas and his crew were wonderful with which to work. Not only did they coordinate with us every step of the way but they met their schedule with high quality workmanship. Also when walking our site, Thomas made some very appreciated suggestions to improve our project success and upon completion, they fully policed the area to make their presence non-noticeable. We will use them again.

AC Plus always come when we need them - their crews are knowledgable, professional and friendly. They are cost conscious and very informative about options should there be a problem.

I will recommend this company to anyone. Mr. Thomas and he's team are super knowledgeable, their staff is super professional and hardworking. Their job is clean, professional and well done. My coil unit and condensation unit were not working properly and super old. They replaced them both and fixed and rearranged the connections in my attic etc. They did a well done a d clean job. I have a peace of mind now and their prices are affordable.

Another great experience today. Always polite, they take time to explain everything and don’t pressure you to hurry up so they can leave. Abe and Stephen were very helpful, thorough, easy to work with and trustworthy. We value their professionalism and trust their work.

These guy's were great and exceptional service, explains everything to you before hand and after they finish - explain's all charges so there won't be any "surprises" which we really appreciate!! They were all great but Steven was exceptional! They were a real Blessing for us- we had 2 units go down in 2 day's. I will absolutely refer this company to anyone that needs repairs or new units.
