Arriving at our office on Thursday, 11/7 - a/c was NOT working and it was 85 degrees!! I called AC Plus; we were only going to be at the office that day. Thomas, so graciously, worked it out for technicians to come that afternoon and we were very grateful to have a/c in a couple of hours! We also appreciate the non-profit discount. Good job and thank you AC Plus!

I will never use another company. The company's communication is superb. The employees are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The response time to repairs is top-notch and fairly priced. I couldn't ask for a better service company! Thanks A/C Plus, from our family to yours!

Thomas and his technicians are professional and courteous. They just did a repair on my Mom's tiny home mini split and she is super happy. A/C Plus installed our HVAC system in our new home 6 years ago and we could not be happier. I highly recommend them for you HVAC needs!

A/C Plus did a tremendous job. We needed a new furnace and Thomas and team went way beyond my expectations! They did a very thorough analysis and have dramatically improved our air flow and the air quality. We highly recommend them to outperform the competition and at very reasonable prices.

We have worked with AC Plus for over 3 years, and they have always been easy to work with. Very professional and courteous. Thomas takes the time to explain what he is doing and how the AC works and allows me to ask questions which is helpful to understand. He is thorough and only fixes what is broken. Although my system is 16 years old, I have never been pressured to buy a new one especially when an easy fix was possible. We highly recommend their service as someone you can trust.

Following up on my previous review, my husband & I have been very satisfied with Thomas and his crew members Abraham & Stephen. They are all very professional, do a superb job finding the problem and implementing a workable solution, and we highly recommend them for any A/C & Heating services you may need. They take extra care to identify the problems and are very thorough. They are all patient in explaining things so the customer can make an informed decision of how to proceed for any repairs needed. There have been occasions when we needed special requests, and they went out of their way to help us find a solution and even helped us locate a scent coming from an appliance rather than our A/C system. It is very nice to have a team you can fully trust! Most recently, we needed two A/C units moved over three feet, and the final result looked absolutely amazing. I am impressed with the professionalism of these wonderful people! I highly recommend them, and I would give them all 10 stars if the review site would let me.

Service was excellent. I called on a Friday afternoon and Thomas had a crew out within an hour and a half. Diagnosed the problem as a bad blower motor. Could have had it fixed the next morning but we decided to replace the entire furnace. They were out Monday morning and were done by early afternoon and everything is working perfectly. Great service, excellent communication, and professional work. I would recommend them to any on needing A/C or heating service

It’s always a prompt response from Thomas when we call for service to our A/C units. We always have a pleasant experience with the team members Abe & Stephen. They are professional, and always keep me informed of when they will be arriving as well as explain what the problem is to the A/C units in terms I can understand. I appreciate their prompt and polite service, and trust their expertise in addressing the problems and discussing affordable solutions as well as let me know what may happen further in the future with the equipment we have so we can plan accordingly.
Abe & Stephen have helped us so many times at different locations with equipment we are caring for, and they always do amazing work. They clean up the area they work on thoroughly & are very courteous to wear shoe covers anytime they enter our home. I appreciate that. They are professional, friendly, trustworthy, and do high quality work. They also explained how to change out the air filters at my parents house in the attic and advised what kind would be best to use as I had not worked with those particular units before. Thank you!

March 2026: I just had them replace my old HVAC systems. The work was great. I've used H&R for over 20 years. I like their honesty, their efforts to make the customer happy, the quality of work, etc

Tom & Rebecca are wonderful people. Tom replaced and upgraded my entire system 15 years ago after adding an addition to my home. Never had a problem and we have him come out every spring to clean and service our system. The best !

Their driver acts like an a$$hole on the highway jeopardizing the lives of other drivers. Don’t think I would hire this company to take care of my family if they’re risking the lives of other people.

I called them and they just made some other company call me. They just get customers for other companies.

Do not call these people they sold my information or something because since Ive called them for a quote I have gotten 10x more spam calls
