Ron is the best. I called in the morning and he was able to come out that afternoon. I had bought a new water heater to replace my old one and he was able to use the existing expansion tank as well as electrical set up to fit the new one in. He got it all done within a couple hours or so and for a price much better than what other places had quoted me. He kept everything clean and protected my floors by using the cardboard from the box of the new water heater. He was a pleasure to talk to and was fine with me asking questions about the process and watching the install. I'll definitely be using this company in the future for any plumbing projects I have.

Hands down to Doug and his teammates! I Found a leak last nite while taking the trash out from the water main line into the house; Isabel, at the answering service was not only concerned but efficient in sending one of their plumbers ; Doug spent about 7 hours fixing a leak that was underneath the concrete walk path and saved us thousands of dollars digging instead of breaking the concrete!!

Jesse did an excellent job on our garbage disposal installation. The drain pipe was located in a weird spot but Jesse was able to make it work. S&S Plumbing provided a great price for the service, they are professional and would hire again for other jobs.

SAVED US TWICE!!! THANK YOU S&S!! Unfortunately for us, we had 2 different outdoor pipes burst within two months of each other. LUCKILY, we found S&S! They were very prompt and sympathetic to our urgency. From Stacy at the office to Jesse who came out to the house both times were professional, honest and quite helpful. We also found them to be reasonably priced. I strongly recommend this company.

I contacted them for an outside water leak on my mainline coming into the house. Within two hours they arrived determined what it was, dug it up and repaired it. I couldn’t be happier with their response. Their people were quite professional, and the work was done very quickly, in fact, I just recommended them to my next-door neighbor. I highly recommend these folks, they are top drawer in every way.

S & S was very responsive, I actually sent an email the night before and they called me before I could reach out to them. Jesse arrived on time and remembered to call ahead which was great so I could put the dog out. he analyzed the problem and was able to replace the module in minimal time and returning everything to its place.

Was scheduled for service between 9:30 AM-2:30 PM but arrived late @ 3:34 PM. Was watching them work and the job could have been done in 45 minutes to 1 hour max, but it seems like they stretched it out to 4:50 PM (1 hr and 16 minutes) and was charged a full 2 hour labor. Would not recommend at all!

S&S Plumbing is now my go to for any plumbing repairs. I have used them 3 or 4 times. Plumber Jesse is skilled at quickly diagnosing, pinpointing and efficiently resolving the problem for a reasonable price. Most recently the tenant of my rent house in Converse contacted me about a loud vibrating noise and a leaking water heater. Jesse quickly determined the water supply to the house was extremely high due to a failed PRV on the supply line in the front yard, leading in turn to the already old water heater developing a leak. Jesse was able to diagnose and complete the repair, replacing the PRV and the water heater all within a few hours the same day. I am very pleased with the prompt and skillful service. I have used other plumbers for other properties and somewhat aware of typical costs. I consider S&S Plumbing a great value considering the promptness, accuracy and efficiency I have experienced so far.

I had a leak in my bathroom wall behind the shower valve. I called S&S Plumbing because of a great experience with them previously. Plumber Jesse came out that afternoon and replaced the broken piping, installed new cartridges in the valves and a new tub spout. I’m very happy with the prompt and courteous response and the great repair job done. Reliable and effective service for a reasonable price.

James and his apprentice/partner, I assume, came out and made a quick and easy fix of my disposal that seized up. Even provided some tips to help maintain/prevent the issue in the future. Both were very professional and helpful. I would definitely use them again if I have any plumbing issues.
