We were having problems with our tankless hot water systems. We called several plumbing companies but they couldn't come out until the following week. Someone recommended S&S Plumbing so we called. They sent Jesse and Ian the next day and they found what the problems were and corrected them in a timely manner. Jesse and Ian were very professional and courteous to the staff and residents who live here. We will be calling S&S Plumbing Contractors for our plumbing emergency's.

I had 3 estimates done on the water leak next to the meter. I chose S&S Plumbing because they were confident and gave a thorough explanation and the steps they were going to take to fix the leak.
I saved their info and will be using them for any future plumbing issues.

The service representatives arrived promptly at the scheduled time, were courteous and professional, offered to assist with checking if current warranties were still valid, provided recommendations to improve my water heating system with no pressuring and were very knowledgeable. They did an outstanding job repairing my home system and provided fair pricing. I will be contacting their company again this week for some additional plumbing service needs at my home.

S&S Plumbing is now my go to plumber. I've had them out 2 times. I had extensive work done the first time for a hydrostatic test and drain cleaning. They showed up on time and did a thorough job. They provided great feedback and the work they completed was beyond my expectation. I had them out again for low water pressure and for some odd jobs. Again they showed up on time and provided great advice regarding my water pressure. They added backflow connectors to both my outside faucets, and fixed a hose under my kitchen sink.

In addition, when I called first thing in the morning, they showed up the same day. Their prices are very reasonable. Jesse and Cole are very friendly and courteous.

We've engaged S&S Plumbing in the past to run camera systems underground in order to trace origin of leaks and would call them out to help us with our plumbing needs in future. Jesse and Kyle are absolutely fantastic.
They were on time, professional, clean and well versed on all things plumbing.
In the picture Jesse and Kyle are fixing the shower knob that had not worked since I moved into the house.
The video is a momentous moment ! For the first time since owning the house (almost two years) the shower head sprayed water!!! Before, nothing came out because the knob was broken/stuck.
The fixtures in both showers were very old, possibly the original fixtures when the house was built in the 80's.
Both Jesse and Kyle, within a few minutes, we're able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. This was done without tearing out the wall of replacing any pipe. I was thrilled and relieved at the same time.
Now, both showers are useable.
In addition to fixing these very old shower knobs, they replaced the sink fixtures that had been disintegrating for years due to the hard water, and installed new toilets replacing the toilets that were also original to the house.
This was done with incredible efficiency, cleanliness and professionalism.
No damage was done, nothing broke, not even a scape, which was impressive considering the challenge.
If you are looking for a solid plumbing company that can seemingly make the impossible, possible, these are your guys!!

We live all the way out in La Vernia TX so we thought it would be a while for them to schedule a repair at our home. But to our surprise... they treated us like we were just around the corner. They sent a tech out the next morning and had it repaired in just a few hours. My wife is so happy that S & S did everything in such a short amount of time and everything works great. And the two men that showed up were very polite and professional.
