The company did a great job and came out very quickly. They probably saved me big bucks by rescuing some things from the water damage. They also got the moisture out of the house and kept mold from happening at all

I had a water leak in a bathroom wall and after I had it repaired, a friend suggested I call ServPro to see where the water from the leak had gone. I did--and I am really glad I did. My technician was a really sharp guy named Danny that found water under part of my wood floor in the den, the carpet in my office closet and the sheetrock in the bathroom wall. He installed six fans and a dehumidifier in the bathroom and 3 days later, all the areas that got wet were as dry as a desert and the wet carpet odor was gone after his treatment. Danny and Servpro did an exceptional job!

Servpro did an excellent job of restoring our bedroom furniture that was damaged by smoke in a major house fire. They were easy to work with, alway prompt in returning phone calls, and always on time with pick ups and deliveries. You would never know our furniture had been in a fire even though our insurance company told us it was not cleanable.

Our water heat broke and flooded half of the house. Our insurance company referred ServPro to us. Danny Howard and his crew from ServPro Metrocrest were very professional, easy to work with, and right on-time despite of COVID situation. They patiently answered my questions, explained situations, provided recommendations and finished their work in timely manner.

These guys rock it! My office flooded and I was frantic when I called. Lacy showed compassion and was calm. She was at my office in about 15 minutes from the call and they took care of everything so I could take my computers and go find another place to work. This allowed me to minimize some of the damage to my business.

Called them on a Monday morning after a rain storm to come out to a site that had some water damage in some rooms. The where at site with in 45 minutes of my call and had it all cleaned up and drying within an hour of arrival. Great Service, Quick Service, and Great Techs, something that is hard to come by these days. Great Job all the way through.

Our rental property had a leaky kitchen faucet that apparently had gone on for some time. ServPro came out and tested for moisture in the cabinet, the floors, and all around the island. They removed soggy particle board, island baseboards, and drilled some holes before setting up the fans and dehumidifier. Both the set up and pick up crews were very courteous and professional. I would use them again.

ServPro Came to our 6,500 sq ft office just a day after calling for a quote. They explained everything in detail what would happen and how long it would take. Sure enough, it took the day and a half they said they would and were out of our way the entire time so that we could work our hours from 9am-5pm. They did a deep carpet cleaning and deodorizing as well as cleaned our windows and window sills. They also did our tile floors in two rooms which now look very glassy and clean, no scuffs. They even went through and spot cleaned on their way out. They were very nice and had a smile on the whole time which meant a lot. I would highly recommend them for any cleaning you need done.

I contacted Eric regarding a home I had listed that had extremely strong pet odor and also needed general carpet cleaning throughout. From my first call to them their service was incredible. I have used ServPro many times and have always been pleased with the service. Eric Hall and his staff are always professional, courteous and willing to work with our scheduling. Most recently, we had a facility flood and they were called and arrived before 8am.

This company did exactly what they promised. The initial phone conversation was direct and reassuring. I scheduled an appointment for the next morning to start the drying process. The representatives showed up promptly,with equipment in hand. An explanation was given of the entire process from start to finish. This included a schedule of when the equipment would be monitored and picked up. I'm very amazed with their technology and equally impressed with their service!!!

Good team to work with! Once the work started, they finished everything pretty quickly. They need to work with the insurance carriers to improve the claims process and reduce the turnaround time.

I am very pleased with the water cleanup service provided by SERVPRO. A massive water leak in the attic of my house happened in the middle of a weekend night. We shut down the water as soon as possible, but the damage to the ceiling and to the carpet was already substantial. I called SERVPRO around 2 am on Sunday morning. They arrived at the house at 9 am. The team, led by Danny Howard, professionally evaluated the damage and provided multiple pieces of drying equipment. Danny came to the house daily to monitor the drying progress and to adjust the equipment as needed. As a result of such quick and professional response the drying time was substantially reduced without compromising the quality. I am particularly thankful to Danny Howard, who was punctual, professional, courteous and friendly. He clearly explained all the steps, shared and explained all the monitoring readings. Thank you!
