I have worked with Robertson Pools for years. I have had my home for over 20 years and had them re-plaster our pool twice. They give clear expectations and meet their deadlines for work. Shout out to Dave Campbell and Jerry Reynolds for their professional work. Thank you and I would recommend them to anyone.

We had our pool built a few years ago and I️ didn’t want to post a negative comment but want consumers to know who are interested because I‎t is such a big investment. Pool installation was great but customer service & follow up after has been non existent. I️ should have trusted the reviews before we built. Our neighbors have built pools with different companies and from beginning to end, they have experienced excellent customer service. Our next door neighbor’s pool company even helped us with issues because we never received a call or email back from Robertson’s. Both my husband I️ had tried several times to contact them. Very frustrating .

1. These guys took over our swampy pool that the previous company could not clear, and made it pristine within a week…at half the cost.

2. Although they could have sold me a $1200 gadget that I even asked for, they showed me how to operate the pool pump without it.

I so frequently feel that I am being upsold or even frankly lied to by techs and workman, but JP has restored my faith.

Dave, cannot say enough good things about Tony Martin and David Saulmon regarding our pool purchase and construction.

Tony gave us a competitive price and told us what to expect. He guided us through the selection process and made recommendations. Tony was very adaptive on the contract when we wanted to change accountability for the sprinklers. He allowed us to remove it, issued a credit, and allowed us to use our own landscaper. Tony said to expect 3 months to complete which is about how long it took. Tony was a professional and it showed when compared to other companies. There sales people made us feel like we were buying a used car.

David kept us up to date on the crews and timing. The stone work is amazing and now I understand the time involved creating a one of a kind feature. David always responded almost immediately to our questions and always had answers. Anita was super and kept us abreast of the schedule changes. The "Pool Builder" app is amazing. It saved a lot more calls to David regarding the pool's status.

Dave, as a customer you hear horror stories about pool building and some of the Google Robinson Reviews had us worried when making our decision on whom to use. Your leaders and crews are amazing. Love the final product and wanted to share our experience. Would definitely recommend Robertson Pools to others.

This is the 2nd pool Robertsons has built for us. We did not think it possible for them to top our first experience, but they have! We love our new pool, spa, and outdoor living space. The project turned out exactly how we envisioned it!

Kudos to Marie, our inside coordinator and Truett, our superintendent, they have been the best! Both are professional and do what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it! Marie’s customer service is exemplary, and I feel she goes the extra mile for her customers. Truett is great with communicating during the project. He is very knowledgeable and has an uncanny ability to stay calm in all situations which instills confidence in his clients.

One of the things that sold us on using Robertsons again after talking to several comparable pool companies is the fact that they do not sub out their work to outside contractors. We found this to be valuable in not only the timeframe in getting our pool completed, but also the professionalism at each phase of the project. I highly recommend Robertsons Pools!

Robertson’s built our pool last year. Initially things started okay, but during pool layout, A big problem was found in the design and drawings. The elevations were off and the pool was misaligned with the house. Thankfully these issues were fixed and the design corrected.

Pool construction took much longer than planned. Even that was understandable, given how many pools they were building. Unfortunately, as soon as they had the last check for start up they stopped answering calls or responding to emails. I turned in my punch list with numerous items listed, and they still have not been finished after 10 months.

There is tile work that isn’t up to standards. Decking with numerous flaws, and an area of drainage in the yard that pools water.

The worst part is, they keep ignoring my calls and emails.

I’m sad to say that I’m extremely disappointed in their customer service.

After a thorough process of due diligence, reviewing proposals and interviews, we chose Robertson Pools to build our new pool and are quite happy that we did. Although we had a few glitches with the design process and communication of that information to the build team, once that was ironed out, everything went extremely well. the quality of work was top notch and the pool was completed on time. We have been enjoying the pool for 5 months now and could not be happier with the final product and how easy it is to operate and maintain. I highly recommend paying extra for the in-ground cleaning system. No annoying sweeper crawling around and we have yet to sweep up a single thing from the bottom of the pool even after big storms drop debris in the pool. We would definitely use Robertson again.

The design experience and prices/value were comparable to most others. The installation took twice as long as the "worst case" schedule. Some issues with light fixtures failing, but they did replace them. Sod installation was poor, full of uneven ground. The "SunDek" coating failed and began to flake and peel while still under warranty, they replaced and corrected half of it under warranty but left the other half to continue to fail. While waiting the warranty expired and now they refuse to fix it.

In addressing the inaccurate response, the pool construction was completed in January of 19. So the warranty certainly did not expire then.

This first issue began in 2021 and I notified Robertson at that time, October of 21. I have emails documenting this time frame. Then half of it was repaired, leaving the other half still failing, still under warranty but just ignored. It is inaccurate to say "fall of 2023" as incorrectly noted below. It's taken until now winter of 2024 to have it acknowledged, since I've posted it publicly finally. Additionally, Robertson offered once to correct their error, and I was not even given a cost to even consider. Not "on many occasions".

We could not be more pleased with the entire process in Robertson Pools. Kevin was amazing with his insight and initial design process. Fabulous to work with, listened to our wants and then made it even better. David was on site and took care of everything. His communication was top notch and we always knew what to expect for next steps and timing. Highly recommend!

Micah and Colton did a great job and were really nice to work with. We did a minor remodel (fixed some loose coping stones, put a spillway topper on, fixed some grout joints and did new mastic around the entire pool deck). We didn't like the way they cut a couple of the new stones so they redid them to our liking, with no issue at all and let us pick which stones we wanted (to make sure they matched). Robertson built our pool 17 years ago and did a great job and that's why we had them back. We would definitely recommend.

Robertson Pools recently remodeled my pool and met or exceeded all my expectations! I was very happy with the Customer experience and we are amazed with the beautiful outcome. Tile, plaster and re-grouting our coping was orchestrated by some great crews, not to mention some individual expertise replacing our traditional lighting with new led color lights and a variable speed pump. I loved the team work I witnessed from Nic’s leadership as Superintendent. Standouts included: Nic, Kito, Alex and Chad. Dave and the back-office office support staff were very responsive to all our needs relative to scheduling and weather factors. Put simply, I believe Ron Robertson has put together a winning team specializing in remodeling/restoration and highly recommend them if you want your pool to look new again!

To follow up on my previous post yesterday - I called Robertson Pools main office to speak to the owner that had responded to my post - Only to find out that the owner was not the one that responded as stated but the general manager which is who has escalated and continues to escalate this situation???
Secondly, I was insulted again and told that I was CRYING to the world. Exact words that were spoken to me by the general manager - I have it recorded:-)
Again, arrogant attitude!!!
Hopefully the real owners of the company will see these reviews for themselves and get back with me - again an 18 year loyal customer!
One of the most regrettable things is that I have recommended Robertson Pools to so many people for so many years!?!?

Assessed several pool builders and opted to go with Robertson for several reasons. 1) They provided me with our favorite design and were great about incorporating different/key items we requested- anyone could have built the plan but this was a weighing factor. 2) Their technique for spas is second to none. No other builder had a solution like theirs for the coping hitting your neck and not only was this standard issue for Robertson but its also a perfect solution now that I have used my spa! 3) Their pricing and negotiation was fair and competitive. 4) The build process went smoothly and we enjoyed working with the foreman. He was easy to work with and easy to get in touch with for questions and needs. I felt the timing was well executed and the communication was also excellent. 5) Pool school was very very through! 6)Calling into the office for service, warranty or any general home owner question has proven to be easy- the staff is always able to advise, answer or help. The turn around time for filter cleaning, etc has been excellent as well.

I really cannot say enough about my experience with Robertson. It was refreshing to have such a seamless experience after having worked with and heard about so many shady companies and contractors around the home building side. I would recommend Robertson 100% to anyone and would not hesitate to say that you will not be disappointed.

My only issue was that I had a personnel problem which I contacted the office about and asked that the GM/owner contact me back. No one ever did and that really bothered me after I took the time out to reach out.

We have been a loyal customer for 18 years and just had the worst customer service experience I can remember!
We've spent over $100K with Robertson Pools - they designed, built and have exclusively serviced our pool since 2007 but - from the General Manager to the service tech - Rude - Surly and Unprofessional - beyond disappointing!!!
To Mr. Ron Robertson - As a business owner of over 35 yrs myself I would want to know how my loyal customers are being treated???

Paul did a great job with our pool and bringing our vision to reality. Attention to detail was great and he was available and stopped by to check in through the entire process. My family and I are very pleased with the finished product and we are also happy with the timeline of the project.

Exceptional job and nice, good natured people. Robertson Pools managed to make a big remodeling project feel like a sit back and relax kind of experience. Well planned, organized and executed. I think the key to their success is the kind of people they hire. Paul was very knowledgeable, fun to deal with, and extremely helpful in the decision making department. The demolition team was very fast, efficient, came up with a much better idea where to put the old stones that I wanted to keep, and cleaned all the mess really well before leaving. The coping and tile team was again very fast and efficient, convinced me to go with a much better design for my spa waterfall, and again very respectful to the property. The plaster team-same story plus a free concert when the whole team was singing a song together:) And special thanks to Leo, their cleaning guy, who discovered the root ( turns out literally;)of my drainage problem under the pool decking. The whole remodeling was done in less than three weeks under Nick’s supervision, who was very professional, clear in his instructions, patient with me and my questions, always on site after each step of completion for quality check, and easy to reach. It wasn’t in Nick’s job description or part of the project to help me take out those impossible to take out drain covers, but he did it, just because that’s the kind of person he is. Good people, good job, good result. We absolutely love our newly remodeled pool and we would definitely recommend this company.

We have a beautiful pool in University Park/Dallas that Robertson Pools built for our family 2 years ago. We use Robertson’s for our weekly pool cleaning and maintenance as well. They are very professional and always so helpful! We absolutely love our pool! We highly recommend this company to build and maintain your pool. We are very pleased!!

This was a huge project and very big investment into our home. We enjoy it year around thanks to the great job done by Robertson Pools. Aaron was great to work with, and we have no complaints after three years.
