Hands down the most amazing people work here I called to get put on the schedule for a pool cleaning and Ashley in the service department was so helpful with getting it schedule in a timely manner very friendly and professional I highly recommend them and definitely will be using them again for all my pool needs as well.

Robertson built my pool 13 years ago. I chose them because they gave me a beautiful design, and more pool for the money than their competition. They also warranted the structure of the pool for life, which most companies don't. When it came time to resurface the pool, I got quotes from several companies. I had a structural crack, so I knew Robertson would have to repair that before any other company could do the resurfacing. I also wanted to add a bench, and not all pool remodelers can do that. In the end, Robertson basically met the best price I had, so I selected them. Not everything went perfectly, which is pretty much the case in any construction/remodel project. Communication was sometimes lacking, which left me frustrated when a one week job stretched out to three weeks. When they were done, the pool looked great, but a mistake they made at the last minute left me with a patch in the wall that didn't match. They told me to give it a while to see if the color would eventually match. In the meantime, their equipment guy, Berek, and their start-up guy, Alex, showed me just how good their people are. They went above and beyond in getting my pool ready to go. But after two months, the patch was still very noticeable, so I sent an email to the owner, Ron Robertson, telling me how disappointed I was that they had made the mistake that required the patch in the first place. I really didn't think they could do anything about it, but I wanted to let him know so maybe he could ensure that kind of thing doesn't happen again. Instead, I get a call from them telling me they will come out and try to fix it. They drained the pool (promising to reimburse me for the water), repatched it, and it looks great. So even though things haven't been perfect, I give them 5 stars because they stand behind their work, and their people are great.

I just wanted to say how very much I appreciate our new Robertson Pools service person, Brad. He is conscientious, professional and thorough, and I appreciate that he takes the extra few seconds with each week’s service to personalize his service notes/door hanger with each visit, instead of just checking the boxes and moving on. I also appreciate him noticing things that are not working and reporting those directly to Robertson’s as well as to me.

Robertson’s has been providing our weekly service since they built and installed our pool – while we’ve had plenty of reliable pool techs over that time, this is the first time that I’ve felt inclined to write about one, as he truly puts the “service” into your customer service and is an excellent representative of your company. He’s a keeper, for sure!!

Such a great company to work with. They truly care about their clients and the details that go into creating an amazing pool.

We just finished our pool build with Robertson. We interviewed several builders before deciding on Robertson and we are glad we did. They did have the best design but it was little things and attention to detail that made us go with Robertson.

The project was not perfect but what project of this size is? What made me confident in our choice was the little things that can become big things. From the Rebar to the 2" piping to the proper equipment and quality of the electrical, Plumbing and Gunite. I have read to many horror stories where builders undersized the pumps, or used undersized piping or used ball joints instead of actuators. Robertson does it the right way.

There is also comfort in knowing of something does go wrong they will still be in business.

We recently had Robertson Pools remodel our pool and also add an arbor and outdoor kitchen area. Paul Geeslin and Marc Gordon were great to work with from the design process all the way through construction. We are ecstatic with the final result and it was completely change our backyard experience.

I enjoyed working with the Robertson Pools team on my new pool build, and couldn't be happier with the design, construction, and follow-up. The part that really impressed me is they have more in-house trades than anyone in the DFW metroplex, which really shows in the final build quality. From really clean masonry work to the gorgeous PebbleSheen finish, I really can't express how great this company is at building pools. Thanks for the amazing experience!

Robertson resurfaced my pool with Pebbletec. Extremely pleased with the quality. Crews showed up as scheduled and cleaned up after themselves. My superintendant, Nic Hayden, was on top of all phases throughout the process and worked with my schedule. Job well done!

Robertson Pools has built two pools for our family over the years, and the difference is in the final quality of their product! Neither was a giant pool, but they treated us like we were a big customer.

Tony Martin was our designer, who made the pools spectacular while within a reasonable budget. David Saulmon was our superintendent on both, and not only did he finish the projects without needing a punch list at the end, he also helped work through concerns with neighbors, and made sure everyone was happy! When we moved out of our first house, the Robertsons responded personally to help the new buyer with a question, which was the reason we came back to the team for our most recent pool.

Great job - it’s such a joy working with a family owned business where everyone cares so much about quality and stands behind the product!

Robertson’s design and execution of our project exceeded our expectations. We are thrilled with our purchase. Having our project built during the pandemic while we know how busy and demanding the pool industry has been, we couldn’t be happier with the process and end product.

We contracted Robertson Pools to resurface our pool and construct a retaining wall along our backyard patio. The workmanship was excellent! The construction crews were courteous and professional. Shout out to Marc who stopped by after everything was complete and went above and beyond to ensure that my wife and I were happy. Even though his team was backed up with service calls from last week's terrible winter storm, he stepped up and took care of our pool equipment that was damaged by the storm. I highly recommend Robertson's Pools for pool resurfacing and backyard improvements!

Robertson Pools has the most responsive service department, and they were able to get me on the schedule for a repair quickly. They worked with my schedule and the technician that came out, Berek, was very knowledgeable and thorough, he got my pool up and running the same day with no further issues. The price was fair. 10/10 service all around, highly recommend.

Great company. I had a pool designed by Joe Cayton and everything was explained from design, to materials, schedule and the expectation for construction. The masonry crew was fantastic and did a great job. I never have seen better workmanship out of stone guys. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

We recently hired Robertson Pools to help design and build our spa addition/remodel to our existing pool. Kevin Dutra did an awesome job with our idea and gave us a great rendering of the remodel. Nic Hayden was our job superintendent. Nic did a great job staying on top of the project. Nic was very easy to talk to about any questions or concerns we had throughout the project. We’re a little over a month since they finished the project. Nic is still answering questions I have on anything from maintenance to equipment. I put 1 before remodel and a few after remodel pictures. We are very happy with our pool Thank You Kevin, Nic and the crew at Robertson Pools.

I'm building a pool with Robertson Pools and everything has been fantastic. The designer Joe Cayton did a fabulous job interviewing us and understand our vision. He designed a very pretty pool with a great water / fire feature. The construction team has been very informative. Marie communication has been great.

My wife and I hired Robertson Pools to design and build our new swimming pool, and we could not be happier! We work with Dave Campbell and his team, and they were extremely detail oriented, cost conscious, and informative throughout the process. Like any construction project, we faced obstacles along the way, but Dave and his team communicated with us and addressed problems as they came up. At the end of the day, we love our new pool!!

I own and operate a professional wrestling school/training center for VIP Wrestling that was decimated by the recent storms. This has happened once before, and dealing with commercial roofing is always a complete pain. Based on a referral, I reached out to CLC, and was assigned to Jill Sweeny. She made sure all the proper paperwork was filed with the insurance company and had a crew out, restoring our roof in no time at all. The last time I had to do this, it took months to even get a reply to have someone come talk to me, let alone get the repairs done. Jill responded to my inquiry almost immediately and acted as if a commercial job was no big deal, and (in a sense) it wasn't. She was a true professional that answered all my questions in a timely manner and got the work done (correctly) so that I could get back to running my business in no time. The best part - no stress on my end in having to deal with the insurance company. She worked some sort of magic (or maybe it was just years of experience and great customer service) to where I barely had to speak to them at all. I cannot recommend Jill and CLC roofing enough. Sorry for the novel. It probably took you longer to read this review than it took for CLC to get me a brand new roof. You guys are a great asset to our community.

Calling a company knowing you're going to be spending lots of money is always a scary process. CLC roofing made that process a lot less scary. Lindsay was the first point of contact. She reassured me that the sales team would guide me through the process and that they did! Turns out I didn't even need a full replacement. They repaired the spot quickly and were so helpful! I would recommend them to anyone

Marty was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He inspected our roof and published a report for our insurance company.

We had a vent exhaust leak we noticed during a storm. Andy came out the next day and fixed the minor issue for no charge. Fantastic customer service.
