We've been using Coppell H&A for several years and have an annual maintenance contract. Their technicians have always been polite and professional. Danny came out today and cleaned our a/c unit. It had a dead rat in it and was full of leaves. Look how clean it is now!

I called at 3:00 on a Friday afternoon and Isaac came out an hour later and my air was back on. He explained everything and gave me some helpful maintenance tips. My family has been using Coppell Heating and Air for many years and they are always friendly and professional.

Isaac came out and did maintenance on my heating system, he was very professional, thorough, knowledgeable and asked all the questions to make sure I was satisfied heading into the winter. He does a great job and should be commended.

Coppell Heating and AC have always been prompt and efficient. We have used them for years at two homes. The annual service contract is great, they always remind me when it's time for a check up.

Called in the morning and service tech, Danny, showed up at lunch. I had been having intermittent issues for a while and afraid my units that were 14 years old might be failing and were going to be a major expense. Danny was determined to find the problem and located a damaged wire that was causing failed communication with the thermostat. Great job continuing to troubleshoot and finding the true problem saving thousands of dollars in unnecessary expenses! Then spent the time helping me get everything restored on my app. Excellent customer service!

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC services. Cross was the technician who came out, and he was extremely thorough and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why, which I really appreciated. On top of that, he noticed a small crack in one of the fittings for the drain pan and fixed it on the spot. Because of this excellent experience, I’ll definitely be coming back to them for any of my future HVAC needs!

We had an issue with hot air blowing out of our upstairs AC. Danny came out and found the issue. Due to being an older system, he was honest about charging quite a bit for repair vs changing out the entire system. Danny, Cross and Austin came out the next day and changed out the entire thing working professionally and diligently on it to completion. Danny even came the next day to make sure everything was working properly.

It works great, and I am usually happy with and trust Coppell Heating and AC as I have used them in the past as well. They are great about coming out soon after a call too...no long waits.

We have used Coppell Heating and Air Conditioning for many years for our residential use. We started using them when we lived in Coppell and kept them when we moved back to Dallas, because they were so reliable, honest, and reasonably priced. They are so great, when we moved our business into our own space, we started using them with our commercial work as well and they have been just as reliable and trustworthy with our commercial needs. Austin has installed our Dual Zoned(amazing) units in Coppell and our new home in Dallas that we absolutely have loved and enjoyed in both comfort and cost efficiency! We wouldn't use anyone else and HIGHLY recommend both Austin Short and Coppell H&AC!

Just had my cooling and heating system.replaced by Johnathan from DFW HVAC. Every detail of the project was handled to perfection. The service was exactly what I expected for sell of the equipment to clean up of the installation. A total professional, and I would highly recommend DFW HVAC.

DFW HVAC quickly diagnosed and fixed our problem, and saved us 10s of thousands of dollars when we were told by competitors we needed to replace our entire system! They went above and beyond for us, even as a first time customer. If you also made the mistake of calling a competitor first, get a second opinion from them that you know you can trust, even better if they're your first call!

10 STARS for DFW-HVAC and its Owner Jonathan -- SMART, THOROUGH AND HONEST!! In March 2025, my out-of-warranty upstairs AC unit in University Park stopped working. The problem was initially "misdiagnosed" (either incompetently, or possibly intentionally...) by TWO well-known AC companies who "regularly work in University Park." BOTH claimed the issue was a "mysterious electrical short in the system" that they were CERTAIN "could not be located" (2nd guy blamed the 1st one for causing problem by allegedly "defectively wiring a transformer" he had replaced!), and BOTH recommended a COMPLETE SYSTEM REPLACEMENT. Upon hearing this -- and that I had been without AC for several days during an early "hot" spell -- Jonathan offered to personally come that day to inspect the non-working unit. In short order, he diagnosed and located two exposed and touching wires coming from the outside condenser, fixed them, and the unit HAS BEEN WORKING FINE EVER SINCE. Very reasonable charge. I've owned homes in University Park for over 30 years and he is the best I've ever found. ***HIGHLY RECOMMEND***

Jonathan and his father were Alpine Air for years. Jonathan is now running the family-owned business with a new name. I always felt they were professional and good value for their service. They never pushed hard to "upsell" you on services or products like several other larger HVAC companies. I will be using them for any of my future HVAC needs.

DFW did a great job from beginning to end. We ended up needing two systems, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. The unit recommendations they made are saving me almost 50% on my electric bill! The installation process was great and they put pads down to make sure no dirt or mud was tracked in and cleaned up inside and out afterward. They showed us how to operate the units and installed Ecobee smart thermostats which are amazing. I would recommend them!

DFW HVAC was highly recommended to us from our neighbor. We called and Jonathan responded immediately to evaluate our AC situation, resulting in replacement of the furnace, condenser, coil and heat exchanger. The team was professional, timely, informative, clean and efficient. They took extra care to cover interior carpet on the stairs and floor when they had to access the hot attic. Truly a great company! We highly recommend DFW HVAC and will definitely use them in the future.

DFW HVAC just replace to complete HVAC units at my home (AC & gas furnaces). The did the complete job in one day, as promised. Their professional team arrived at 7:30AM and finished the job around 6:30PM. During that time, they worked tirelessly without any obvious breaks to complete the job. The systems work perfectly and upon completion the crew took extra time to clean the entire area. The following day I received a follow up call to make sure everything was working perfectly. If you want the best service from honest, professionals, call the team at DFW HVAC....you will be glad you did!
