Coppell Heating and Air is a great company! I have service contract and always happy with their work and honesty if i need something done. Have used them many years and happy with the service!

We recently returned home from a trip, and discovered our air conditioner was not working. Within two hours of our call to Coppell Heating and Air (on a Sunday!), Austin had diagnosed and repaired the air conditioner.

Coppell Heat & A/C is the reliable company you want to find on your first search. I started using them in the '90's, and I will never call anyone else. Danny was early today, and was done in minimal time. Every employee has been so nice and efficient.

We have used Coppell Heating & Air Conditioning on several occasions and have always been impressed. JT did a great job on maintenance. While he suggested a small amount of work, there was no pressure. We signed up for annual maintenance and will have the recommended work done. Thanks for being thorough, friendly, and low pressure. Much better than previous experience with the competition.

We have used them for many years now, always prompt, professional, and reasonably priced, They don’t try to sell you a new system when a minor repair does the job (and thank you for that!)

Marco and Leo were phenomenal. They arrived on time, we’re super helpful in finding a solution for my heating issues during the coldest week of the winter and honestly we’re genuinely really cool dudes. I just moved to Texas from NY and am a first time home owner so I had zero clue on how houses work. Austin was here today for our fall maintenance checkup on our units. He also tried to troubleshoot another issue that we could not replicate while he was here (of course). But he is always timely and professional. Great service!

Such an awesome and hassle-free experience! Called to ask about an estimate for some renovation work and Austin Short was on-site the very next day. He is super knowledgeable and gave us a couple of recommendations and options. Then Lori called and scheduled the work for the very next day. Danny Dunn and Marco showed up first thing, completed the work, showed us how to operate the new device and our upstairs is now cool and controlled by my phone from anywhere. Danny did a great job fixing the 2 airconditioners. He came out the next day (I called late) and diagnosed the damage from the lightning. He got the Trane board from Trane and returned and replace the board and restripped two shinged control wires. He also was able order and replace the vintage (27 years old) control board from Carrier. He was very polite, honest, and fast at a very reasonable price.

Great recent experience getting a new A/C system. Fast efficient and professional installation and clean up. Isaac, Quintan and Marcus were on time, helpful and friendly. House is cool now on both floors. Owners stopped in a few times during the install to check on progress. New system is expensive so important to use someone you can trust and does a good job

Reliable, friendly and professional service each time. We have a twice yearly tune up contract with Coppell HVAC, and Danny Dunn is almost like family. He’s knowledgeable, super personable, and just a great guy to work with. The office staff is also very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

We were lucky to have found them when we moved to Coppell about 20 years ago and have never used anyone else since. Always prompt, great communication by email, text and phone. Have an emergency? You better believe they are right on it, and we have had a few over the years. June 20th, 2025, Friday evening our old AC finally gave up the ghost. About 20 minutes after we called a tech was at our door to diagnose. Alas our unit was a goner. They rearranged their schedules to get us back up and running quickly. No fun in an 87-degree home and watching the temp go up and up. With 2 dogs and a kitty we could not get accommodation elsewhere. The techs arrived in the morning, never took a break, and by 5 p.m. we had a new AC unit and Heat Pump installed along with COOL, COOL AIR. It is not often you find such a reliable, honest, responsive and dedicated team like Coppell Heating and Air. Stick with them and they stick by you.

We called Coppell Heating and Air for the first time due to an issue with our AC. Danny came out the same day! He was able to quickly diagnose and fix an unusual issue. Danny was super nice and honest - he thought outside the box to fix our issue without major rework. We’re very happy with Coppell Heating and Air and will be using them for all of our HVAC needs going forward!
