Dustin was very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced the water valve for our dishwasher in a very smooth and flawless process.

Beginning with Morgan, the receptionist, who was a delight to visit with. And Dustin was very professional yet a down home polite personality. The work was done professionally. The cleanup was perfect, and the system checking following the work was precise and thorough.

Wanted a price for hydrostatic leak test. Had to pay $99. for him to tell me close to $800. my 1200sf house has simple plumbing. He was here for 3 minutes, and $99 charge. I guess this is how they make their money. Milestone charges $29. I will also post this to ND. maybe I can save someone else from this ridiculous-ness.

The technician was kind. The problem was the price, their initial price was $450 for just 5min of labor. We pushed for lower price and they came up at $350. Obviously, their service fee is $99 which makes it harder to switch suppliers. I am not kidding when I say the guy finished the job in 5min.

I found Edelman on Yelp they responded right away after my post. I am impressed with the communication and quality of the work. They replaced a toilet and dishwasher with major water leak. Everything was done quickly and worked with my schedule. Highly recommend

I reached Edelmans for leak detection service with late notice and Dustin was able to make it happen for me! The phone was answered on the first ring by an extremely polite young lady who answered all of my questions and set everything up for me. I would recommend them on communication and reliability alone! Thank you Dustin I look forward to doing business again in the future.

The technician was polite, but the pricing seemed very high. To unclog a sink, I was first quoted $480. After expressing my concern, the technician reduced the price to $350. While still expensive, the $99 service call fee made switching companies impractical, so I agreed to the $350. Nevertheless, they have lost me as a future customer.

When my old plumber retired I was lucky enough to run into Dustin in our neighborhood. He was responsive ,easy to talk to and explained things in detail. Felt like he was honest and straightforward which is what I look for in any contractor.

We had to replace our old water main pipes and are so glad we chose Edelman Plumbing for the job. Dustin responded quickly to our situation, came out for a prompt on-site evaluation, gave us a fair and transparent estimate, and got started right away. He was professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process.

Although the inspection was slightly delayed due to recent heavy rains, I was really impressed that Dustin personally showed up and waited to speak with the inspector to ensure everything got done properly. That level of dedication really stood out.

From Dustin, the owner and plumber, to Diana at the front desk, everyone at Edelman Plumbing was warm, helpful, and professional. It was a very positive experience from start to finish. I see a bright future for Edelman Plumbing, and I am happy to support them as a growing local small business!

So, great job with responding to email message and fast response to issue. High price for a sewage line flush and water heater flush. Plus, left floor dirty and did not insure a seal over sink or toilet during flush in case sewage backed up. Was not worth the price I paid.

Outstanding service, Kris went above and beyond the call of duty to repair our hot water heater. House full of guests staying with us for Thanksgiving, the part we needed for repair was in Dallas and Kris drove there and back to retrieve part and finish repair.

I found Edelman Plumbing on Google based on their excellent reviews, and they did not disappoint! Dustin (I believe he’s the owner) and Chris arrived quickly and were so kind and professional. They reassured me during what was a massive and very scary leak, and even went above and beyond by completing additional work right away instead of making me wait for another visit. Everything came in right at budget, too. I’m so grateful for their fast response, honesty, and quality work. Highly recommend!

Our experience with Palomino plumbing was outstanding. We've used them twice and each time they have provided efficient, knowledgeable, timely service! They identify and inform the homeowner with a comprehensive quote and explanation. I would highly recommend them and will use them again for future projects and repairs! The services and cost information I've given on this review reflect the last work done for us in November 2025.

The Dispatcher was very through with communication. Dustin arrived on time. I showed him my area of concern. He verified the problem and gave me multiple options to correct the problem and the pricing options. Dustin fixed the problem in a very timely manner. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues.

I thought the technician did a great job. He gave insight as to what drains to the sink that was clogged and tips for keeping the drain clear. I did think the service as a bit pricey but what isn’t overpriced in 2026…

I called Palomino Plumbing over the weekend to have someone come out and check for a possible plumbing leak on a home for a client of mine under contract on a home. Not only were they quick to come out to the property same day, they arrived on time as promised and swiftly provided feedback so we could meet our deadline ahead of schedule. Dustin was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Have needed plumbing services twice recently, both right before a holiday. In both instances, Palomino was able to come out same day (during time frame we were told) and fix the issue. Excellent communication when scheduling and with service tech.

I was at my daughter's home in Coppell , going to update her kitchen faucet on a 20 year old home. It should have taken 30 minutes, but of course, the hot and cold shutoff valves were rusted and there had been solder used to attached the source pipe to the valve on the hot water side. I began to try to remove the old faucet , I discovered the nut was rusted also and wouldn't budge. I gave up and since I was just visiting Coppell looked online and picked Palomino and gave them a call at around 3 pm. What an amazing experience I had! From the dispatcher sending me a plumber within 15 minutes, to the plumber who sawed off the bad faucet, I couldn't have asked for better, I went ahead and replaced 3 shut off valves with new units and he did a pressure inspection and drain inspections free of charge. I learned a lot.
