Marc Smith is a wonderful technician. He has great customer service. He replaced a blower motor for us Labor Day weekend and took his time explaining what could have possibly caused it to go out. Kyle came out the day before to do a diagnostic test and also had good customer service. They were both patient with my questions and Marc was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend Triple A.

Manuel Lopez did an exceptional job coming to our house during the freeze to check our heat! From the moment he was dispatched to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Today I did yearly maintenance with Marc Smith. Marc is very precise and he explained about the future service. I went ahead bought the service. He doesn’t pressure me but he is assured me to fully understand about the maintenance.

Kyle Leon was very personable, knowledgeable, took photos of attic ducts to show condition of duct work so I could make decision about work needed. Explained process very well and company's plan to fix our problems. Gave us confidence in his ability to do repairs and guarantee work. Confirmed our plan to replace all the existing duct work quickly and efficiently to our satisfaction. Looking forward to being a regular customer in good hands. Sincerely, Carol Stabel and Shirley Murphy.

Manuel was thorough and very polite. and he explained the system quite well, where we could understand it without feeling like I didn’t understand one thing, but he did well explaining he did was patient with us and answer all our questions.

I had Marc come out to inspect my AC system, and I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Unlike other companies I’ve dealt with, Marc took the time to explain everything step by step, showed me photos and videos of my actual unit, and even provided readings so I could clearly see where the system should be versus where mine is at.
What I really appreciated was that he didn’t just push replacement — he laid out multiple options, explained the pros and cons, and made sure I understood the costs of repair versus replacement. He was very patient, thorough, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
In the end, it was clear that replacement was the more feasible option, but thanks to Marc, I felt confident making that decision. He represented the company extremely well, and I would highly recommend both Marc and this company to anyone needing honest and knowledgeable AC service -
Edited to reply: Tech was NOT on phone for an hour. He arrived at my door (not time spent in van at house) at 2:51 pm. He went into attic and looked at the unit and then came down to look at the humidistat when I asked if he saw any red flags he said no. He called tech support was on phone maybe 10 mins. He said it was because the controller wasn't plugged in and it's working. I then asked how much to move the current humidistat to a wall. I received that quote at 3:39 pm, that's 48 mins TOTAL with majority of time looking at where to move humidistat and cost. That time is when he said he was charging $258 for unauthorized "repair" and then yes he offered to lower that to $100 plus the $89 and when I said no I'd pay diagnostic and the $389 he said he didn't want to do it anymore. Went back and forth to van and calls, collected $89 left at 4:17 pm.
I'm giving a 4 star, because at the end of the day my equipment is up and running and y'all responded quickly. I am however a little confused by what happened today. I had hired a separate contractor to install a whole home dehumidifier on the side. It was a brand new system purchased by wynnsupply. He installed everything and could not get it to start. I decided to call triple a (per other recommendations on my HOA site) to come out to diagnose if it was faulty install or if it was a defective part that needed to be replaced. I was told it was $89 for a diagnostic fee, and I agreed to that. The tech was very friendly came and told me about a package they offered for 2 maintenances a year and if I did that the diagnostic would be $55 and all the other perks you get with it. I told him that sounded good as we didn't have anyone doing that right now. He goes to check everything out and finds that a humidistat wasn't plugged in and that needed to be plugged in to control the humidistat we have on the main level. After plugging it in he said everything started working. I had also asked for pricing on relocating the humidistat into a wall. He comes back with the price of $389 to relocate the humidistat. I said ok so $89 diagnostic plus the $389? He then tells me no it would be that plus $258(not sure exact number at this point) for a level 1 repair. I said ok but you didn't give me that estimate ahead of time to approve it or not. He said he couldn't diagnose if there were any further issues without plugging that in first. To me, you can't go ahead with what you would call "work" without first getting approval to the fee. In my opinion, he should have came down before plugging it in and said I found that this wasn't plugged in, I don't know if this is the only problem, but I won't know until I plug this in to further check it out and the fee is $258 if this is all the repair that is needed. Then I could have said go ahead and if that's all it was then I'd pay the fee, and if not he'd go ahead and check everything else out. I don't know a single place that tells you how much it cost after it's already fixed. He said it's like a person with a problem with a ship and the builder comes to look at it and hits it with a hammer and fixes it, he still gets paid. I said well the ship builder would need to tell him the fee to fix upfront before hitting it with his hammer. I told him that didn't feel right, that I'd pay the agreed $89 diagnostic and $389 for the thermostat, at that point, he told me he didn't want to do any of the work for me. I wasn't rude, I feel I've expressed the conversation fairly well and the rep wasn't rude either, but obviously upset. I don't think it's unrealistic or unreasonable for a customer to expect an estimate and having a choice to agree or decline upfront. Anyways, thoroughly confused, I would have enrolled in the maintenance program and done the moving of the humidistat. We are newly moved to this area and haven't established companies for all repairs the house will likely need in the future, so I just don't understand what happened today to be honest. But again, I'm grateful that it's plugged in now and working. -

Marc was great. Although he couldn't get the system up and running he was able to determine the cause of the problem and that it was electrical. He was very professional and helped me write a text to my electrician to be sure I was communicating the issue properly.

Kyle was wonderful! He went through our whole HVAC system after the hail storm and provided us with a ton of information and pictures to share with TWIA. The quote was very reasonable. He was so kind and respectful. I would highly recommend him.
