Manuel was beyond helpful! He found items that were potential issues in the future as well as unknown problem that were existing. Information and costs were presented upfront. Thorough inspection, pictures and videos were helpful to understand A/C terminology.

We have a large bill ahead of us due to findings that were overlooked, installed incorrectly or not at all and/or need updating or replaced.
Manuel helped with options for discounts and suggested what was most important to take care of firat. In the end a manager % was applied that should help some with our new expensive bill.

Marc was amazing! Thorough and very knowledgable. Definitely recommend. Itemized quote with different options and pictures and video to help us understand our battered and weathered system better.

Kyle Leon was my service professional today. He was very polite and courteous and did a great job from start to finish. He listened to my concerns and provided great feedback with several alternatives on what I could do to improve my system. Kyle was super knowledgeable and helpful. I asked them to come in for a second opinion about an issue with a motor. Kyle took the effort to figure out why the mower wasn’t working rather than just replace it. He got it fixed and made my unit run more efficiently while at it. Would definitely recommend.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a service company. The start of the phone call for information was awesome to Kyle the technician was absolutely incredible. He was polite, knowledgeable, and he shared the information with me in regular terms that I could understand as a old person. I was definitely impressed and will use them again and again. 5 stars all around!!

Routine membership checkup. Got Kyle for the 2nd time. Once again he was super professional, polite, and even took a few extra seconds to show me what my system was doing in real time with explanations. Get the membership and save money on the back side. AAA never tries to push parts I dont need. Corpus is too hot to ignore your A/C... thanks agian!

I had Kyle come out and check out our AC unit. It was blowing cold but very humid in our home. He gave me so much knowledge & confirmation about why & how it was doing this. We would definitely recommend him as he is very knowledgeable & very nice to work with.

Triple A is by far the most professional and helpful HVAC companies I've experienced so far! They installed my new furnace next day after coming to quote me on it no mess no stress! Few days later was having some cooling issues so I called Triple A and talked with their AI after hours service the AI lady told me she scheduled me for Monday and after I hung up the call I got a text message from Triple A stating that they pushed my service call to emergency call and will be coming the next day on Saturday. Marc Smith came and checked it all out figured out the problem and his boss gave me a HUGE deal to get my ac fixed so I was happy about that. Marc was super informative with great knowledge I didn’t know and installed some sensors after getting in the Preventative maintenance program they offer. Thank you Marc Smith and the other techs who installed my equipment and also to the man who came to quote me on everything. I recommend Triple A Air conditioning & Heat for any HVAC issues!

We had a great experience with Triple A. Our whole house air purifier stopped functioning, and they were able to come out the very next day to take care of it. The person I spoke with on the phone was incredibly kind and helpful, which made the process smooth from the start.

The technician quickly identified the issue and replaced the malfunctioning unit right away. He was polite, prompt, and very knowledgeable. We truly appreciated the fast response and professional service. Highly recommend!

I seriously cannot recommend this company enough. This is our second time getting a maintenance check up done by them. I explained that I had a very high energy bill and they sent me Jose! Jose was very professional and helped me to understand everything that was going on with our system. He even went up into the attic to look into the duct work and any issues with insulation (which there was a lot). I’ve never had HVAC technicians actually make the effort to go up and LOOK at the insulation and what not. He even took pictures and videos so that my husband and I could see exactly what he was talking about. All of the estimates were more than reasonable but we were in a bit of a financial bind (our electric bill was $1000 for December because of the cold and the issues with our thermostat and system). The actual president of the company, Dan came to the house to look at the system himself to give us an estimate and after understanding our situation graciously gave us a thermostat for free (I did say I only had enough to pay them for the maintenance fee because I only have $100 left for the month as of now). They told us how to troubleshoot our issue while we wait for our finances to be in better order soon. This company CARES about its customers and that’s greater than any corporation you could come across that might be “cheaper”. You get what you pay for and I can safely say this is the greatest service we’ve ever received in any aspect of professional work being done. Thank you Dan and Jose!! We will be calling them as soon as we come into the money for our needed repairs!

Brooke was great scheduling me for the same day! Shane was smart & very helpful! Christian was too! Come to realize the condenser we added last week is a DUEL condenser, so no need to add another. Moved two crossed wires, followed the grid on door panel & it’s working like a charm. Really appreciate their honesty and assisting with getting things cool again!

Dan came out and gave us a very fair quote for a new system. He was professional, courteous and on-time! The install crew, Shayne and Christian, did a great job. Brooke, in the office, was beyond helpful. Thank you Triple A. I highly recommend this company for any A/C or heating needs. Very glad we did not go with the other company that bid on the work. Triple A...the only way!!!

Calling Triple A was the best decision. Brooke was very kind and helpful on the phone with scheduling and getting in contact with Ram from dispatch who was also kind and attentive to our situation about having a tech dispatched as soon as they had one available to come to my grandmas house to look at our a/c issues. Technician Marc Smith was very efficient and thorough with his job, very friendly and welcoming. He helped us solve our issue with our A/C, installing a reme halo and even found some other issues that we didn’t know about that he was able to repair and now we have a fully functioning well tuned unit, very impressed! Very happy and well pleased with his work and the company!

Renee answered our call at 8am on a Saturday. He said he could be over in 30mins and he was there in 30 mins. We had a clogged ac pipe how embarrassing something we could have resolved had we’d been paying attention to it. But Renee did more he showed us how to apply bleach every 3 month, how to setup nest on our phone and what we can do to remove any obstruction from the outside drain. It was worth the call and Renee took great care of us.
