Reviews of local pros in Crandall, Texas

Ray was extremely knowledgeable with what issue I had. Fixed it pretty fast.

I don't know where to begin! Because of Ray I can finally breathe! Ray came to the rescue at the nick of time! I was in such a bind and he worked with me and got my AC unit working again! On top of which, he has a great heart and you can tell he cares about people! 2 people recommended him; his colleague, and a fellow neighbor independently so his reputation spoke for him. He is licensed and insured which helped with the warranty process on my Carrier AC unit! And even though he worked within my budget, he went above and beyond to ensure I was sorted out ! God bless you Ray and I will sing your praises from the Rooftop! Reliable, Reputable and I very Highly Recommend!

Ray was hands down professional, informative and very transparent about the job he was doing for me. I'll call him for all my heat /ac needs.

Highly recommend Robert, he inspected my whole AC system and explained everything to me along the way. He showed up on time and took his time testing everything. He's out to help and not just make a quick buck. I will definitely be contacting him in the future.

Ray went above and beyond to provide quality service at a fair price. He arrived on time, quickly identified the issue and resolved it. He also took the time to double check other parts of the unit to ensure we would not have further issues. I highly recommend using this company.

Huge shoutout to Airtight AC & Heat! They came out quickly, checked out my unit, and had it up and running in no time. The best part? The price was way better than I expected — and honestly, I would’ve paid anything not to have to fight this Texas heat. Fast, professional, and fair. Highly recommend them!

Ray was a pleasure to work with and kept me updated the whole time. I would recommend Ray to my friends that may need any repairs for their units.

Ray is an honest, dependable, and trustworthy contractor. He repaired our heater last winter quickly and efficiently. His costs are reasonable and he won’t steer you wrong! For all of our AC and heating repairs we will only use him!

In July our air conditioner suddenly stopped working. My husband was out of town and it was hot. I called my regular company and left a message. I was panicked. I looked on line and found Ray. I called him and left a message. He responded with in minutes and promised to come within just a couple of hours. I was shocked and impressed. My regular air conditioning company called me minutes later. I called Ray right back and thanked him for willing to come but the folks who already knew my system were coming. He was so gracious. I would recommend him even though we did not use him!

Ray was wonderful! He fixed the problem and explained it all very patiently. I would highly recommend their services!

I recently called Airtight for some A/C issues and Robert was able to come out same day. Robert was very professional and took the time to explain the repairs that were needed. Robert took the time to check other things I asked about with out hesitation. The cost of my A\C repairs were very reasonable. I highly recommend Airtight. I have their number saved and Airtight will be my go to should I need any other repairs!

I highly recommend Airtight and Ray! He responded quickly, answered all my questions, showed me what was broken, and what needed to be repaired. He's fair and makes sure you understand the issue and action plan. He tells you everything upfront so that you can make your own decision. He's coming back to service my other unit and move my thermostat. Thank you for your service

Ray did a great job repairing my a/c system that was not working. He was prompt, professional and polite. He also got the job done in a timely fashion!

Awesome customer service! very knowledgeable and not only explained everything he walked be through everything. The issue my system was having was something that I could have taken care of. There was no charge for his service since I opted to take care of it my self. Highly recommend!!
