Ray came out within the hour and didn't hesitate to solve my problems! Very knowledgeable and very thorough explaining everything to my mom and I about the issues we were facing! He did the work VERY quick and very efficiently! VERY fair price for the work that was done and we are satisfied with how professional Ray was! 10 out of 10! Grateful this company was recommended to me on nextdoor because if they weren't, I'd be sitting here sweating waiting weeks on other companies! USE AIRTIGHT FOR YOUR HVAC NEEDS!!!

Had the Rescue Air team here yesterday to do maintenance. Recommendations were a bit pricey and pushing me to buy a new entire system. Ray came in today and took the time to teach me as much as I wanted to learn. He noticed the outside fan was still dirty and ended up cleaning it too. He replaced the 2 capacitors, installed an Assist Kit and added 2 lbs of refrigerant. His prices are actually reasonable as well! Highly recommended. Thank you Ray!!

It is rare to have any tech come out for no charge to diagnose an issue, and on the same day of the call at that. The tech answered my call, came within a few hours and was honest and upfront with what we needed (or not). I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

Robert!! This is the man you want working on your AC! We were in desperate need of our AC repaired and due to unfortunate circumstances unable to afford a whole new system. Not only did Robert come out, clean and check our system but he explained what was wrong so that I understood. I would 1000% recommend using him for all of your AC needs.

Robert came out to figure out my issue with why my A/C wasn’t working. He came out in a convenient time frame. Not only is he very knowledgeable about every aspect and component on what’s wrong, he is straight forward with you on what needs to be done and doesn’t give you the whole spill and run around.

I was on my 3rd bucket of sweat in a sauna because my a/c was blowing hot air. It was 85 degrees in my home and Ray saved the day! He’s so great! Airtight AC & Heating is now our "go to". We asked Robert to service our air conditioner unit and he did an excellent job. First off, he was very polite and professional with a little bit of humor tucked in there. He explained to us exactly what he was looking for and what he was doing. Robert answered all our questions in terms and analogies we could understand, no mumbo jumbo big words. He made suggestions to what could be done or should be done but did not pressure us at all to accept the extra suggestions. He showed us through pictures what our unit looks like up in the attic and included those pictures in the receipt email. Robert has a great work ethic. Highly recommend him!!

Ray answered and promised to be at the house in an hour or so, he showed up 30 minutes later, a classic example of under promise and over deliver. He quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the capacitor, and our air conditioner was back in action. An excellent experience and I recommend his services when you have hvac issues.

Ray came out to address air flow to my front room. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the solution. He was also very patient in explaining it to me since I am not familiar with this stuff. He arrived when he said he would, and fixed the problem. Within 20 min I could feel the difference.
