I just have few words to say which are 100% positive about the company and technician who helped us. Scott from Accurate Electric Services did an amazing job. All of the work was done accurately, efficiently, and professionally on time. I highly recommend the company for any electrical issues or changes.

The billing does not contain the brand and or does not have Identification of each item.
The first tech on site didn't seem interested in replacing my filter dryer on the HVAC, but rather scared me into replacing the whole AC/Heater system costing nearly 13 thousand dollars, which was more than this family could afford.
Also while checking in on the installers I noticed there was extreme damage and mold on the Trunk below the new unit that the air blows into, because I am not familiar with the technique to repair the trunk , I will likely have to repair the trunk myself or hire someone to fix it properly.
The AC is performing very well. The new unit does not struggle and cools the home.

Late night emergency and they did not disappoint. Showed up assessed the situation and then fixed our leak! Amazing service.

Quick and efficient service. Technician had my AC working in no time. Technician was very professional and took the time to explain what was wrong and what he had to do.

I understand emergency fee, no problem. However 328 bucks to blow air down a line, I think was a bit much.

My technicians, James and Brackson, went above and beyond in their diagnosis and with their abilities, were able to install a new A/C system in an older home and get it working correctly. We had the pleasure of working with Mitch and he was probably the most informative tech I have ever worked with, he took his time, explained everything that was happening in detail and made the overall experience pleasant.

My house was built from scratch. The ductwork after replacing the air conditioning unit was seen as having difficulty in terms of leaks in a bad layout. Ashton was a great worker as well as his partner. All the men were great and I would hire them to do any work with my air conditioning unit

He’ll yeahh these two dudes help me a lot especially gave me peace of mind about about a/c they even clean it it was so good I would recommend them Ashton and Danny made it very simple for me too understand.

Our air conditioning unit went out on Saturday, August 9 early in the morning. I called Accurate Home Service at 8:00 am and a representative was at our door by 9:30am to see what was wrong with the system. Unfortunately the system was trash and needed to be replaced. Tom, who came out from this coming was very honest with us and gave us multiple choices to choose from in order to get a new system up and running. My husband found a warranty on the existing unit but it only would replace the existing bad parts. Tom called to get replacement parts and they could take up to a week or longer to get . We live in Texas and we were under extreme heat warnings. We chose to go with a new unit and it was placed on Tuesday, August 12 and was up and running in 3 hours. The workers were very polite and left no mess behind. I am happy with the installation.
Now the temperature has turned cold and we needed to turn the heating system on in January. We smelled propane, as our system works on propane. I called Accurate Home Services to let them know and turned the heater off. I made this call to them on a Thursday thinking it would be important for them to come out immediately, however, they did not come out until Monday on a scheduled appointment. When the worker arrived he knew what needed to be done for the propane smell without investigation of the system. Apparently, when our system was installed, it was installed for gas not propane. A big oversight when our new unit was installed. Once this issue was resolved, the heater worked fine. Due to their lack of concern when I called about the propane, I had the fire department come and check for safety concerns. It was advised for us to keep the unit off until this company came out. The gentlemen that came out were very professional and handled the situation. Overall, the company is fine, however, their sense of urgency is lacking ans safety concerns ignored.

Luis did an outstanding job troubleshooting and installing smoke and carbon-dioxide detectors. His integrity and customer service is beyond reproach He was very pleasant to speak with. I highly recommend Luis! I will be requesting Luis for future issues with my detectors and electrical issues. Thanks again Luis for a job well done!!!!

Danny the electrician and his apprentice Cade and Justin did an outstanding job. Danny arrived at our home on Memorial Day because I called Accurate with our electrical issue. Our breaker box caught fire. Danny pulled the permit Tuesday and arrived Wednesday to repair the damage. He moved the breaker box outside from the closet. He hard wired 3 smoke detectors and one carbon monoxide/smoke detector in our home. He brought our home up to code. I highly recommend Accurate for your homes electric,heating and air needs.

Outstanding Service from Accurate Electric, Heating and Air!

I had an incredibly positive experience with Accurate Electric, Heating and Air. From start to finish, the service was top-notch! A special thank you to Jordan Crowsey, who went above and beyond — he explained all of my options in clear detail and did exceptional work on my AC units. He also coordinated the installation of a new split system and blown-in insulation with impressive efficiency and care.

Though I don’t recall every name, the entire crew that worked alongside Jordan was professional, polite, and extremely thorough. I do want to recognize two other standouts: Dalton Carver, the electrician, and Ashton Vines, who meticulously cleaned all my vents. Both were courteous and did excellent work.

What really set this experience apart was the strong communication from the team behind the scenes. I received regular updates about when the crew would arrive, and I loved the personal touch of getting pictures and brief bios of Jordan, Dalton, and Ashton ahead of time. It made me feel very comfortable having them in my home.

From the moment I called to the completion of the job, everything was done within just three days — incredibly fast and efficient. I will absolutely call Accurate again for future needs and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to others!
