I called Del because my heater was making a loud sound on the coldest day of the year so far. Him and his helper came right away to diagnose my problem. They were kind, professional, and did a great job. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Mr. Randall and his staff were very professional in fixing my Heating System and making all the necessary repairs. I was extremely impressed with the appearance of him and his staff. Most importantly other estimates were well over what my cost was with First Class Air&Restoration. A customer for life.

The guys did a great job, very responsive and great to work with. We did have an issue with our heat after the install, but they quickly got someone out the same day to fix the issue. Overall was a great experience would highly recommend.

Very professional, responsive, was able to come same day when other ac companies told us 1-2 weeks in texas June when I have a 1 year old. Highly recommend and now have him on speed dial if future issues arise, no question he will be our first call!

Called Dell this morning for a service on my A/C unit for inspection. He made us a priority even know ours was not an emergency call. He drove all the way from the other side of Dallas at 8:30 pm to get us fixed up tonight. Dell was very informative on what we needed and had us repaired quick and at a very great price. I would highly recommend First Class Heating and Air Conditioning LLC.

I called First Class to look at air ducts because I have been sick with allergies for months. They were prompt, professional, and immediately saw the issue. My AC unit had clogged up, rusted, and we had mold . They replaced the unit, cleaned all the vents and killed the mold. Had HEPA filters running for 2 days. They are First class.

Del and his son came out tonight and I can't be more grateful, this is my first home and never had to use the heat yet as we moved in during the summer. So friendly and easy to talk to when it came to explaining what was wrong fixed my issue in less than an hr. Oh and did I mention that I had called this morning, same day appointment!
