I required a complete new system! Jordan was my contact person and he could not have been more helpful!!! He went into detail about everything - what was wrong with my old system, options (including pros and cons of each option), and the actual replacement process!!! I really appreciated him providing that information!
He could have scheduled the work the next day, but I had a conflict so it was scheduled immediately when it was convenient. The installation was seamless and any unexpected issues were addressed promptly and professionally!! Jordan dropped by to check on the project and even brought the installers cold water!
I could not be happier with my experience! Everyone including Jordan, the office staff, and instillation team was courteous, helpful and professional! They even sent a card thanking me for choosing their company.

I was supposed to get a dimmer switch! I was told I was getting a switch that I can control. Please call and explain.

Jordan was great to deal with. Came out on a Monday and had my new units installed by Tuesday afternoon. Jordan came back on Wednesday to make sure all was good and walk me through the thermostat. Also gave me his personal number if I had any other questions. Looking forward to some smooth running units.

Luis and Carlito were hands down the best guys for the job!! They had my daughter’s ceiling fan installed in no time and without me even having to ask they wired it so the light and the fan operated on two separate switches. Luis went above and beyond with checking on another potential job for me. I will definitely use this company again and ask for this team specifically!!

Highly Recommended. Top quality 👌 I have an older model double wide mobile home. May 2024 a Tornado did some damage. Accurate needed to replace the entire outside main Light/Power pole & box. Now, Nov. 2025, needed to replace the entire inside main breaker box with all new breakers. They even installed a new (what I call) super surge protector box on the light pole outside to help with Mother Nature. They answered every question I had & a few extras. Happily. All without an attitude. For a woman or a senior citizen, that is very rare. They gave me every senior discount they could find. Alot was saved. Everything these days are pricey, but I believe you get what you pay for. I got Great service for a very reasonable price for all the work they did. So far I have used them for 2 major situations. And very happy with both. Yes, I have them programmed in my phone for next time. ........

Dalton was fantastic at understanding the several different little projects that we needed to get done really helpful, knowledgeable, and was educating us on the wire, breakers needed, and how we could get the job done efficiently. He offered several options to think about to get the project started. Today he came out to install a new dining room light fixture. He and Carlito went above and beyond to help me move our big heavy table out of the way. Definitely has earned our business!

Found out (at 8:15 am Friday) that we weren't prepared for an RV move/hookup that was going to take place on Monday morning. I called and spoke to a very helpful young lady who understood not only the urgency, but also not being able to accommodate her first suggested appointment because of previous birthday plans. She found another appointment that worked and Dalton was on his way to us within a few hours. Dalton was knowledgeable and professional in providing our estimate, and after a quick trip to get the necessary parts, was back to get us taken care of. From 8:15 (call) til 1:15 (job finished) it was a smooth process , and now we are ready to handle business on Monday! Thank you to Accurate for making this process so smooth and positive!

Excellent, fast service. Andrew took his time explaining the options for our panel upgtade, switches and outlets. Luis and Rico came out to start the project and worked all day. They were very polite and knowledgeable. They cut no corners. They will be our go to for electric.

Jordan and his team did a great job installing our new HVAC system. We were experiencing issues with cold air blowing while the heater was on, and it was determined that our system was outdated and needed to be replaced. The team worked diligently and completed the job in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company.

The young man knew about wiring for outlets but for the price I would not recommend y’all since I provided all the electrical boxes and electrical outlets as well as the box connections and the only thing I didn’t supply was the wire and the new larger Box for circuit breakers and wires aren’t clipped up to where the wires are hidden from biewand it still isn’t done completely as I told yall what I wanted as well as him.after he left I went to home depot and pick up the rest of the boxes and outlets and will do the finishing my self . I am old and disabled and don’t like confrontation so just paid it and am moving one. For the high price I paid yall should of brought everything you would need to complete the hole job and not have me to supply them or have to finish it

This company is phenomenal! They take care of their customers and listen to what their needs are! John Kukendal set up the call for an appointment, Jordyn came out and inspected the unit and had Omar and his assistant out today. They were very professional, explained everything and were prompt. Thank you all so much for taking care of my (81) year old aunt! She’s a gem and I really am grateful for her so the service we got from Accurate can’t be beat!❤️

This company was a great find. Within the same week I was able to schedule and get 3 ceiling fans, 8 curtain rods, and 2 pendant lights hung up! Luis Scott (and another guy who was great but I can’t remember his name) were so patient and extremely efficient. He stepped out of his electrical expertise zone to hang curtain rods and he did a fantastic job. They asked questions and double and triple checked to make sure everything was perfect. Definitely will use them again for future projects!
