of mind to have one place I can go to That can
handle all the major components in My house. I’ve used them for years, but late 2025 through the beginning of the 2026 I really had to go and use their services for several gigantic projects and they performed all of them with excellence and compassion and I really appreciate that. I have peace of mind knowing that and an amazing company with all their licenses and decades of experience has come in and fixed all of my problems and will be here in the future if I never need them again. I highly recommend this company!

Just moved to Rowlett 6 weeks ago, and needed two new electrical outlets installed. First found great reviews on NextDoor, and Thumbtack. Sent emails via Thumbtack and directly to the company,and a very pleasant woman, Valarie, called me back immediately. She offered appointment the next day, but I had appointments, so scheduled the following day. I liked that the morning of the appointment she called to verify time, and texted a photo and bio of the electrician, Dalton, that was coming. On arrival he quickly accessed the situation, said it was going to be a two man job, dropping lines from the attic, and adding new breaker to the electrical panel. Two other employees Luis (and sorry, forgot the other man’s name) arrived within a few hours to do the work. Valerie again sent photos and biographies of them prior to arrival. Work was completed quickly, everything worked great, all three of the technicians were exceedingly polite, personable, and cleaned up their workspace. They gave us several discounts (first time customer, service call fee, and a senior citizen discount. There is also a 5-year warranty on their work. Accurate Home Services offer a variety of services, and I will certainly call them for any future needs.

Accurate Homes Services was great to work with. They were very quick to come out and assess our current Heating/AC Unit and find the problem. When it was determined that the current system was not salvageable, they offered replacement equipment at a good price, were able to come back out to install it the very next day AND it came with a 10-YR Warranty on the Parts & Labor. They were professional and very pleasant to work with. We highly recommend them!!!

The delivery and install of my new water heater was excellent. Big thumbs up to Kyle, the lead technician, and his assistant Kurtis.
They were friendly, professional and very careful and thorough with removal of the old water heater and hooking up the new one. This was an especially difficult job because of the tight space which is basically a big closet. Plus the furnace is in there too. But Kyle formed a plan, which we discussed, and he and Kurtis pulled it off flawlessly. Kyle clearly is very of knowledgeable about his profession answered all my questions during the process.
He and Kurtis tested everything out to make sure the WH was working properly and then they made sure to thoroughly clean up after, which I really appreciated. If you’re lucky enough to get Kyle heading up your next job, you’ll definitely be glad you did. Thank you Kyle, Kurtis and Accurate Home Services for a stellar job!

I had Ray come out today to check my unit out because It was low on Freon, Interesting I was told by another company. But the other company couldn't add it because it was an old unit and if they did, they have to come back it would be like $250 a pound because it was low, Ray came out and told me And checked it with his gauges and said it was not low that he did not want to steal my money from me. He informed me what to do. Take care of. It was very helpful because it save me money. Being of its age, he could not deal with it because he was worried if something happens he couldn't be responsible ! And I understand that he was very helpful and I will definitely call him out again when I have a issue when I replace this unit thank you for your help. These guys were great.

Excellent service at a fair price. He got my 80 year old dad's AC running the same day I called. No up-selling or pressure to buy a new unit. He was honest with what he could do and was extremely gracious of my dad's quirks. I only wish I knew about this company when my own AC went out.

These guys could have soaked us for a ton of cash. We called them out on a late evening call thinking our AC was not cooling and making noise. They checked it out and determined everything was fine, it may need a little cleaning, but everything else was working as advertised for its age. Come to find out the noise was coming from something else. Yes, they get five stars for being honest, THE BEST KIND!
