This is by far the best business we have worked with on our home. We had quite a situation without hvac and this company was fair and quick. The guys always showed up exactly when they said they would. They updated us on progress each day. Responded to questions late at night. They solved an issue for us that multiple other contractors could not. We are so thankful for their work and would use them again for any future needs!

Great company! Ducts were cleaned well, and air scrubbers were installed nicely with insulation installed on the outside of the plenum. Very professional team that provides high-quality results. They care, work hard to make sure everything is done right, and guarantee what they do. Thanks for the awesome service!

Del has been incredible to work with! We have called on him several times for various issues with our AC over the last year and each time he has been quick to get us on his schedule, almost as if we were his family and he was prioritizing our needs like his own!

Five stars isn’t enough! We had been having issues with our heater, and our previous HVAC company wasn’t prioritizing our situation. We contacted Del and he came to check our furnace at 8pm! He was able to diagnose the issue without us breaking the bank. Will definitely recommend him to our friends and family.

These guys were absolutely amazing! I reached out through Thumbtack. Got a call pretty fast and I knew I was in good hands after speaking with Russell. He was very thorough and explained everything I needed to know. They came out next day and Del walked me through process of what would be happening. When the team came out, they were very professional. We were in a time crunch and they worked so hard and diligently to clean mold and fix all the issues we had. Excellent communication throughout the process!

Fantastic experience with First Class Air & Restoration! I went with them specifically because of their good reviews, and it was the right choice. We had mold all through our ducts and on all of our supply vents, and we had outdated, inefficient ducts. Everything was replaced to a t, and the guys even pointed out that many of our supply vents had been backwards before, and took the time to install the new ones all facing correctly. They also took the time to clean all our return vents and rinse off our outdoor AC unit. They worked hard, were very courteous and explained everything to me thoroughly (which doesn't always happen to me as a female homeowner). It's been a few months now and everything is still working great. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with 1st class Air & Restoration! they were very responsive to my call, diagnosed the issue with my AC unit accurately, and provided a fair price for the repair. I had called out a A/C & heating company for my elderly father in law and that company was taking advantage of him and was going to take $13,000 from him to replace his inside and outside unit and first class air and restoration fixed it without replacing it. I especially appreciated the technician's knowledge and willingness to answer all my questions. They were incredibly professional and arrived on time for my AC repair. They explained the problem clearly and fixed it quickly, leaving my home cool and comfortable again. I would highly recommend them!"

I was quoted at 18k by Willard heating and air. Called First class they showed up gave me an estimate for 8K came back next day changed out the full unit within 4 hours. Great communication great price ,very professional. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs. I will definitely call them again if I have any HVAC needs.

I own an office space that I lease to tenants. I called Dale when the quote I received from the original installer seemed very high. Not only did the whole unit NOT need to be replaced, Dale informed me it was still under warranty. He worked around the tenants schedule and had the problem fixed in 3 days. Savings: $9,235. He’s honest. He knows his stuff. I.trust.him. …and I wish he was also a plumber….😜

Came out late to check why my heater wasn’t working and very quickly discovered the issue. The gas had been turned off when I had a gas leak during the summer and it was never turned back on. He turned the gas on and checked to make sure everything was working properly. Super nice and honest. I highly recommend him.

I recently had my air ducts cleaned by First Class Heating and Air Conditioning, and I am happy with the results. From start to finish, the team was friendly and courteous. They provided a free estimate based on number of returns and vents, as well as Hepa air scrubbers - no hidden fees. They arrived on time and spent the day cleaning the system.

We contacted accurate home services on Wednesday morning, and they came out the same day. Our heater in the kitchen had gone out and that of course was the coldest day so far.

The staff is very professional, took care of what they could do on Wednesday.

The technician discovered the heat strip and the blower motor were bad. . That air handler was only four years old.

Just to clarify accurate home services did not install this equipment, it was installed by another vendor they simply came out to service it

They came out the next day and installed the new parts and now our kitchen is finally above 55°.

Our Master AC started acting up. We called Accurate AC and figured it would be Monday before they could come out- I was pleasantly surprised to hear they could come out on a Sunday and not for a huge fee. Tommy got us running.
Thank You again for an excellent job.

The guy quoted me over 3x more than what my brother was charged for the same exact job. He got 2 and I still would have paid more for one. Not to mention he tried telling me the dispatch fee was 97 and I said that was wrong and he knew exactly what the number was after I said that, which was 79. Idk why a company wouldn’t have a base price for each job.
