Just wanted to give Michael Davis from Legacy Roofing a huge shout out! We had wind and hail damage from back in March and our insurance company only wanted to pay for half of our roof!
Seriously! Michael went to bat for us and got the whole roof covered!! Great service is alive and well! Super impressed with his kindness and professionalism! Michael is a man of integrity and does what he says he will do!
He most definitely went above and beyond and I would highly recommend Legacy Roofing! Ask for Michael Davis…you won’t be disappointed!

After the windstorm over Mar 4th-5th, 2025, I asked my insurance agent if they knew of reputable roofers. I wanted to determine if I needed to file a claim or pay for repairs out of pocket. Legacy Roofing & Contracting was one cards she sent me. Mr. Schmidt responded to my text message timely and arranged to come out the following day. He assessed the roof and said it was in good shape and only needed minor repairs. I was thrilled to hear that because I was in the process of changing insurance companies. We made arrangements for the repairs the next day because he said he wanted to get it done before the predicted rain (great relief to me). I asked "how much will I owe you?". He said, NOTHING. I'm jovial with him but I'm thinking this is too good to be true. Sure enough he arrives the next morning, makes the repairs, the roof looks great, and I couldn't be happier. Both visits he let me know when he was on the way, when he arrived, and when he left. Chaney Schmidt earned my trust and that's a hard thing to do. I will need a new roof sooner rather than later and Mr. Schmidt will be the ONLY roofer I'll call. If he's booked, I'll wait. I was impressed with his ethical work standards and the quality of his work. I recommend him highly! Child, I'm about to invite him to the cookout.😊

Job was done fast (Even our insurance adjuster was surprised the job was completed in just a few days after the estimate was submitted). Clay was great to work with and answered all my questions. Roof looks great and getting compliments from the neighbors til this day.

Legacy is a great and honest company to work with. Charles Johnson was very knowledgeable, professional and kind to guide us through the entire process. This was our first roofing replacement experience and frankly we were dreading the unknown. Charles though, was patient to explain everything in great detail. He also helped us through the entire claim process in dealing with the insurance company which made it a breeze for our part. Matt from WaterTex Pools was awesome! He listened to my concerns and then went above and beyond to find source of my problem. When done, my filter/pump was running perfectly! After the freeze in February, it was difficult to find a service that could repair our equipment...until Water Tex! I had WaterTex Pools come out to diagnose my variable speed pool pump. Jason was the technician that came to my doorstep. He was very professional (even had a killer beard), and quickly found out that the breaker at my electric panel was the culprit for the pump not working. Since this was a call through my home warranty he asked for an electrician to come make the fix. Afterwards he gave me some valuable pool tips for my pump during the winter time. All I all,
I had a great experience with this company, and would recommend using them to fix, diagnose, or even take care of your pool.

Highly recommend them for any and every work you may need. They are efficient, prompt, knowledgeable, fair and will educate you with all aspects of your pool.

WaterTex Pools was assigned to my home warranty claim. They were GREAT! Kept in contact with me by phone and text and worked the service in on a Saturday afternoon in August when my pool had been off for an entire week to get it up and running! I was even out of town for the repair and they texted me a picture of the filter replacement and left it running overnight like I asked! Would definitely recommend highly and use them again!
