I want to start this review by saying that TIMMY was amazing! Super informative, fast, and with an amazing attention to detail! If your pets have killed your carpets, just stop looking and call them. ASK FOR TIMMY!!!!!

Very poor and questionable business practices. I reached out to them, and other companies for an estimate to clean "specifically" two rooms & a hallway. The response I received was a quote for 3 rooms at $99. :/
After I specified again that I needed the 2 rooms, he went on talking about their minimum is $99 for 3 rooms (?).
Issue: If I'm inquiring about a "COST" for 2 rooms, don't try to charge me more for something I didn't ask for. PLUS, if your "minimum is $99 for THREE ROOMS," then they need to advertise/state that from the beginning. Even the flyers on their pictures state three rooms for $99, but what if I had a two bedroom apartment or loft or whatever? I can't be serviced? Not to mention he later on said "whether you have 1 room or 3 rooms it's still $99." VERY shady.
Needless to say I definitely found a different company with LEGIT practices AND pricing based on MY needs and not what some shady business is trying to TELL me I need AND they're affordable.
I would suggest that anyone looking into carpet cleaning companies to do your research and ASK QUESTIONS. A few of these companies are trying to rip people off with upcharging. BEWARE.

*UPDATE*
I had some issues in my last review.
They came back out (twice!) to resolve the issue without charging any extra fees. I’m fully satisfied with the service now and also very grateful for their professional and friendly attitude. Carpet looks great! They removed pet stains and odors. Everywhere I go in the house it smells wonderful. Thanks for going the extra mile Busy Bee and I’m sorry for the previous bad review. I’ll be using your services again in the future!

These guys were great! They came in accessed the rooms, and then got right to work. My patients carpet had urine stains, amongst other nasty stains in the main areas of the house. The carpet in the Cargivers room was practically black, originally a light tan color, and these guys did a number on it. Every room came out looking amazing, no more urine smell, or anything.
Everyone who has come through the door notices the carpet immediately. The OT couldn't believe her eyes, she went on for ten minutes talking about how nice it looked. Told me she never realized how bad it was until now, and she was surprised to see that the carpet so fluffy. She said "The carpet actually looks new. Who did you use again? I'm really impressed." She left with Busy Bee Carpet Steamers number in hand.
This was a very pleasant experience. They were quick, didn't lug in a bunch of equipment, they used these cool devices to protect the wood trim around the bottoms of all the door frames to rooms so that their hoses didn't scuff things up. I got a kick out of that, I hadn't seen those before and I'm a big fan of gadgets.
I will be recommending this company to friends and posting on my social media sights, including residents of Jersey Village website. Awesome work, great customer service from beginning to end, and these guys were fast and, didn't miss a beat. You would've thought they were here all day cleaning after seeing the results. Man these guys are great, I had Timothy take care of 2 houses and he was able to take out all my stains and get my carpet looking new again, smells great also l, and he did it with an awesome service the entire time l. Customer service is through the roof!

This company is awesome. The owner, Ryan, was very friendly in scheduling a service call. Our service rep, Tim, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the process, answered questions, provided advice and wrote us a no-pressure estimate before beginning. Will definitely reuse again.

Wow! Best carpet cleaning service we’ve ever hired! No frills and extra sales hype to pay for expensive radio commercials…they just do an UNBELIEVABLE job! Steven took extra care to bring our 17 year old carpet back to life. It looks new again. Busy Bee probably saved us thousands since we were considering replacing our home’s carpet. We’ll hang on to it for many more years. Ryan, you and your team are at the top of your game! Very glad we found you.

As a landlord, I would never hire this company. I had tenants moving in back to back and sent them there to clean a single stain off the carpet for what I understood would be $150 or less. I got a call to pay $291. Apparently, they went out there, took a black light to the carpet and decided it had pet urine on it (no dogs had lived there in 2 years) and shared this wonderful news with my new tenants who of coarse wanted the pet treatment. The office was surprised I didn't know b/c they didn't run it by me (the person paying) they were checking with the tenants. Then the technician was kind enough to call me and explain that it could have been there for years, even through another carpet cleaning if they didn't take a black light to it, but that they solved my problem that I didn't even know I had.
I do not know if it actually had urine on it. I do find it hard to believe since a dog had not lived there in years and it was steam cleaned after the tenants that did have a dog. However, my largest frustration is doing work before checking a price with me and sharing any information with tenants when I clearly stated in my request not to do just that because I am the one paying the bill. It may be an ideal company for a homeowner but NOT a landlord.

Update: I wanted to clarify after the owners response that NO tenants with pets had lived at this property in over 2 years and that I had walked it several times and never saw ANY spots, or smelled anything that even closely resembled urine. The carpet is fairly new (3-4 years), and still looked brand new and smelled brand new, except for the one stain I called them out for. I had them clean all 3 rooms b/c of the policy, NOT b/c they appeared to even need it.

I understand that perhaps you could locate it with a black light, I don't know but this is a high end WELL kept home, and I do not appreciate the implication that I, as a landlord, cut corners b/c I treat my tenants as I would want to be treated and if I had a home and did not see, smell or notice any urine, knew no pets had lived there and someone with a black light told me there was some, if it was MY money, I would think about it. BUT if it was my landlords, of coarse I want it. It's someone else's money. That's what the technician didn't realize, he was giving someone else full liberty to spend someone else's money.

Also, as a side note. When I made the appointment, I asked them to only speak to me. They either neglected my instructions or did not adhere to them. Either way, it took a $100 + tax charge up to almost $300. NOT ok. But I paid it, b/c same. I treat people the way I want to be treated, you did the work (even if without my permission) and I paid you. But other landlords need to notified that this is not the company to trust b/c they will upsell your tenants if you are not there to watch the interaction.

I called to have my carpet and area rug cleaned. I was in a bind and needed it done the same day and they were able to accommodate me. They did a great job and my carpet looks brand new!

I am amazed at how much Busy Bee Carpet Steamers went above and beyond to do an incredible job cleaning my carpets today. The business owner himself came out to do the job, through a storm, after one of his employees got sick unexpectedly -- anyone else would have rescheduled the job, but he showed up to keep his word. And he worked so hard to get the job done right at the up-front price, even though it turned out to be a tougher and longer job than expected. He was meticulous and thorough and careful, and my carpets look and smell amazing. This is one of those gem small businesses that's working so hard and doing everything right for an awesome customer experience. Spectacular. I could not recommend Busy Bee more highly.

Used Busy Bee for my pet, coffee, wine stains couches. They looked and smelled brand new. Technician was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Always recommend when neighbors ask about carpet ect cleaning.

They are very knowledgeable and professional. They did an amazing job on my hallway. They explained every detail of what they had to do and what they would use.
