Ryan was very responsive from start to finish.
Montrey did the actual carpet cleaning for 3 rooms with carpet and we did the add-on of pet urine decontamination & odor removal and deep scrub/agitation. The add on is an additional $150 (3 rooms) and +$75 for the deep scrub and $40 set-up fee + $150 for standard cleaning. They accept zelle/cash/cc for payment. Montrey made sure we were satisfied prior to leaving and was hospitable and knowledgeable. Was done within 2 hours. Overall, good service.

We had pet stains and some other stains to remove. My dog had been sick with a bowel issue and we also had a family member with an open gash that bled on the carpet. I was disgusted with the floors, but was hopeful the stains could be removed. The stains were so bad, so we needed a professional service to handle the mess. I only share details to help others with choosing the right carpet cleaning company. I was concerned it may not turn out well. The team was professional, timely and did a fantastic job! It’s difficult to see the progress without a before photo, but trust me! It is a major improvement! We are very pleased and will use this company again. A++++++

Tevin came out this morning to clean our carpets and did a great job. We had some problem areas that had an odor so it required a little extra work which did cost more but he explained what needed to be done very well and it made absolute sense so we had no problem moving forward. Super professional, on time and the smell afterwards is great and I’m picky about scents in my home. Will use in the future and highly recommend to others.

Monterey was just at our house and did a fantastic job on our carpets. They look brand new again. We are so pleased with the results and our technician.

Wonderful! We have two dogs and host often so our rug and couch had lots of traffic and use. Busy Bee cleaned both our couch and rug and they look and feel brand new. Very responsive and thorough.

Ryan called 25 minutes before appointment letting me know he was on his way. Arrived at allotted time. Went above and beyond with the carpets. They feel better and smell fresh. Wish I had before and after pictures. Couldn’t ask for a better service for a competitive price. Thank You. Will be using again for our yearly cleaning.

I had this company redo the tile and grout for my master bathroom shower. It is ah-mazing!!!! Looks brand new! So I had them come back to redo the backsplash all around my kitchen counters/sinks and stove. Again, so cost efficient and the before after is wow! Love the clean look!!!!
