Had our carpets steamed and treated for pet stains. Did a fantastic job and the carpet is as good as or better than when it was new. They were quick, on time, professional and did a very thorough job.

One room had a lot of stains from the dogs when they were puppies and they brought it back to as good as possible (had a couple miscoloration spots from cleaners we've used).. 99% like new.

I called to get a quote with no pressure to set a date for service. Very helpful gentleman answered my questions about pet treatments and gave me pricing infromation. Called back a few days later set a convenient appointment time with no issues. Day of service I recived a call 30 minutes before service to let me know they were on the way. My appointment was from 12-2pm and they showed up on time, no waiting around for me!! Frankie did a great job with my carpets. He was professional and friendly. My carpets look great and smell awesome. Prices are good and I have a 30 day warranty if the cat smells return which I will update in a later review.

Got a used couch from a family friend. It was completely permeated with dog smell and hair to the point where if we sat on it we would inevitably end up smelling like it when we got up. Called BusyBee and they came out the next day, did an EXCELLENT job, quick and efficient. The couch is basically like new now. I will recommend this company to anyone and everyone. I’ll engrave that on my tombstone too. Check them out.

Just had Busy Bees come for the second time to do carpet cleaning and upholstery. Tim is very professional and careful. Arrived on time and did a terrific job, including removing some pet stains. No discernible odor and everything dried on schedule and looks great. I will definitely have them back and recommend them to friends. Ryan, the manager, is great to work with. THey're a 10!

The previous homeowners had pets, and the carpets had lots of dog hair that my whole family was reacting to. While the carpets needed much more attention than the simple cleaning from the advertised specials, he spent all the time I needed explaining the options and what would best help our family be able to move in and breathe. (They did give me the advertised and quoted rate, I just needed a lot more done!) After about 4 hours of intensive work, the carpets throughout the house look great.

This was a good team, pleasant and easy to work with in general. We had them steam the carpet which turned out better than expected.

We also had them steam clean and seal all the tile. This work was well done for 98% of the job. The missing part was that last inch or two against the baseboards, particularly at cabinets, and any ground in areas. Essentially, anything that should have been done by hand. The tile is a travertine so it has a bunch of little divots in it that contained ground in dirt (the house was a rental).

I thought the pricing was competitive after checking with 2 other companies.

Customer Service to the max! This company even came out to my house after hurricane Beryl to assess the job and see what they could do even when I didn't have power. Then, when they came back to do the job, the tech worked extra hard to give my very tired carpet a top-notch clean. This company responds so quickly to communication and does all it can to give you what you need when you need it. Highly recommend!

Very happy with Busy Bee Carpet Steamers. I received an on line quote and scheduled my appointment for the following day. I was given a two hour window and Montrey texted and arrived within the promised time slot. The work was done quickly and to my satisfaction!
