I'd like to thank ATS Mechanical Heating & AC for their responsiveness, professionalism, and hard work when my heating unit failed to work. I'd especially like to send my appreciation to Tom for explaining the situation in easy to understand terms and getting the unit back online and working properly. I will certainly contact ATS for any future heating and cooling needs and I recommend their service if you ever need help.

Eric was professional and knowledgeable about my system. I have been using ATS for 5 years now to keep my ac and furnace running as it should, they do a great job maintaining everything for me. System installed in 2020 and still running strong. Thank you ATS!

We were having issues with our AC units and called ATS for repair. The technician, Jordan, was extremely knowledgeable about AC, and he talked us through all of the different options. He was able to answer all of our questions, and we decided to replace our upstairs unit with a Mitsubishi unit. This unit is now running our upstairs AC and a separate dedicated system for our theater room. We are extremely happy with the results. We would highly recommend ATS Mechanical!

I want to say first off, I'm not a relative nor did I know the ower of this company before I asked for service but I want to say that I called about a repair and the tech was at my house within an hour. After seeing that my A/C system was just gone and just too old to repair, He contacted the sale dept. for me and had the owner come out to talk to us the same day as well, long story short, I can see why everyone has 5 stars and so do I. Excelent service and sales and intallation was the next day and they finished within like 4 hours, the installers never stopped untill the job was done and they were very quiet and professional. Thank you so much for helping me out in a time of need.

After getting an quote from another well known company, ATS came out and gave us a detailed report that made sense and was cost effective. The technician Tom was very precise and gave us a rundown that was easy for someone not in the industry to understand. After the first visit Tom amd his crew were very professional and did an excellent job. Everything they fixed looks top notch! We definitely recommend this company for your A/C needs!

Jordan was an awesome tech! Our home warranty company sent out a different contractor who told us the entire unit needed to be replaced—for $6,000. That didn't sit right with me, so I called for a second opinion. Jordan came out, quickly found that it was just a blown disconnect switch, and had us back up and running for under $500. He saved us thousands and got the job done fast. Honest, knowledgeable, and professional—I highly recommend!

I had another HVAC company come out and tell me I needed a full system replacement for my upstairs A/C — quoting me over $18,000. I decided to get a second opinion, and I’m so glad I called ATS Mechanical.

ATS did a whole unit install for my garage apartment, plus some modifications to my existing system in my main house. The pricing one all the work that was done was in line or just below quotes I had from other companies, and the work right away seems to be done right (I'll update here in a few months if that changes). The gentleman that came out and did the estimate was knowledgeable, walked me through every detail of the work that they were proposing, and even spotted a plumbing issue I didn't know I had on my hands. He even walked me through all the work after it was completed so that I could verify that everything on the invoice was done and to my satisfaction. I already recommended them to my neighbor, and they reported great results with them. Hopefully this level of quality and attention to detail is maintained, as I think I will be using them for any HVAC work going forward.

I do not leave many reviews but in this case felt it was needed... Last night my upstairs AC unit stopped blowing cold air. I called and they said they could have a tech out at 8am the very next morning and had me back up and running quickly.. I was surprised at how reasonable their pricing was! Thank you for not taking advantage of people!

Eric showed up on time and was beyond polite, professional, and took his time to explain everything to me. He proactively did a routine maintenance check of my system (outside and in the attic) and just was very calm and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions and thanked me for allowing him to service my unit.

I would HIGHLY recommend using ATS for any of your HVAC needs!

Finding a quality technician is always a challenge. Virtually all of them make mistakes and that’s to be expected. The question is how do they recover? Ats Mechanical came to my house to improve airflow in my office. When they came the first visit they didn’t route the ducting properly. When I communicated that to them, they responded the next morning immediately and fixed the problem. Eric handled this personally and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend ATS.!!

Tom was great. New right from the start what had gone out with my a/c heat pump system, responded quickly to my request for help and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. ATS Mechanical is now my go to company.

I have had Air Depot servicing my AC and furnace for several years now and I’ve always been very very happy with their work the latest Dave Z came in and inspected my furnace and checked everything out as they OK. The best thing I like about Air Depot is they don’t try to upsell you.
