Could not ask for better service. Everybody I dealt with was efficient, knowledgeable, and experienced. I had a complete new HVAC system installed, and Air Depot made the whole process seamless, quick and efficient from start to finish.

TLDR: Overall I highly recommend Air Depot for all of your home HVAC needs. From the office staff to the technicians to the installers they are great to work with and despite a situation where they probably thought I was crazy, they treated me like they would a family member. They all answered all my questions (and I asked a lot) and never made me feel stupid for asking. 10/10 recommend

I was referred to Air Depot by a friend when I needed a thermostat replaced and a quote on ducts. Albert answered when I called and my first impression was made. He was funny, relatable all while being professional. I was able to se up an appt timely. David came up and he was a character. He was personable, funny and got to work. The price to a little steep, in my opinion, however I don't know anything about installing a thermostat or pricing it. I had a feeling if I had any future issues and I believe you get what you pay for.

I talked to them briefly regarding getting my ductwork replaced (it was 60 years old). Their pricing is higher for it in the summer and I totally understand why with the heat and the guys working in the attic. Due to this I decided to wait until it cooled off to do it. Rahul came out to give me final estimate and it was good he did since I missed a return that needed a duct as well. While I thought the pricing for the thermostat may be high, the pricing for 11 ducts was definitely fair and what I expected. I can appreciate he was in and out and let me get on with my day. He was able to get me on the schedule quickly.

The guys got here early to put in the ducts in. I expected it to take all day honestly. They got in, got the old ducts out, new ducts in and got out. They worked hard to get the job done quickly and were two of the most polite workers I've had in the house.

I had to have them come out twice and adjust the dampers and it was David who came out both times. He got the air adjusted for us and we are very happy with the services and the air flow throughout the house.

Delbert and Jesus did an amazing job setting my appt for maintenance and came out immediately to perform my maintenance on a/C. Both were very professional, courteous, and gave great advice. Thankful for Air Depot! :)

The service quality from Air Depot is great. The speed of service was quick. The people are great. I wouldn’t recommend Lennox equipment. My house is new, only 4 years old, and built by Newmark. But the rinky dink outfit they paid to install my Lennox system has been plagued with issues. I’ve spent at least $20,000 in labor alone, with parts under warranty in the last 4 years on service fees to keep my Lennox units working. My two zone system has had so many problems, I haven’t gone more than 6 months without a service call. Air depot has done work for me several times but components continue to fail. Even the new soft start systems they installed have already failed and weren’t installed for a week. So parts are trash. Any recommendation on a system that won’t fail would be greatly appreciated. I’m to the point where I just want to rip it all out and go with industrial equipment. Paid $6800 for my last repair job and the parts were under warranty so a bit pricey for a couple hours worth of labor and my system still doesn’t have the soft starts functional.

Xiviene and his crew, Jorge and Mario are professionals detailed and patient with answering all questions and explaining the details. Xiviene gave us a reasonable and fair quote on replacing the 5 ton evaporator coil on our unit. I am happy that I contacted Xiviene at Cool-it for the project I strongly recommend Cool-it, Vixiene and his crew.

Based on a lot of positive reviews I called Vixen to have him come out and check our air conditioning unit. The unit was running, but not pumping out any cold air. Vixen's first suggestion was to simply check my filters, which turned out to be exactly what the problem was. He saved me the service fee
he could have charged me for coming out. Since he didn't actually work on my AC unit I can't vouch for
his skill level, but based on all of the positive reviews I've read I have no doubt that he does excellent work. What I can comment on is that this is a person who takes pride in providing true customer support
and isn't out to simply make a quick buck.

I have been using Cool-it Air for several years and always find them professional, on-time, courteous and excellent service technicians. I recently had them replace my three old AC/Furnace units out with Trane units. They did an excellent job on the installation and new units are fantastic. Energy efficient, quite and keeps our home comfortable. I highly recommend Cool-it Air for all your Heating and Air Conditioning needs. You will find they are very reasonably priced and provide you with exceptional service.

Vixiene and his company is simply the best. I tried quite a few contractors before I met him, none of them can deliver the same high quality work as Vixiene does. I only use his company for my a/c work since then. He did both new units installation and old units repair in the past 6 years for me, it went very smooth every time. Vixiene is honest and reliable, always come in earliest time he can schedule. Their price is also very good, makes negotiation unnecessary. I highly recommend Vixiene and his company.

If you are looking for a reputable and honest ac/heater repair company, Vixienne is your man! We have used him on multiple occasions and he doesn't disappoint. I had dealt with other companies before him that misdiagnosed or tried to oversell what was needed. Customer Service and honest and competent work is what you get with Vixienne. The major AC work he did for us was impressive and the cost was better than competitive. His crew respected our home and even wore paper booties over their shoes. Everything was cleaned up before they left. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We hired a previous company to do maintenance on my AC unit and they did not complete the job. Citing that I needed a new capacitor before he can “finish the job” and that rubbed my elderly mother the wrong way. She’s old school and believes that if you are hired to do a job you should complete it even if you have to come back and do or add something else. That’s when I called Cool-it and the owner himself Vixiene came out and helped me with what I needed it most. I love that he was direct, didn’t sell me any BS and fixed our problem as soon as possible, which turned out to be a different issue entirely from the previous company called. I’m going to recommend them with the highest recommendation because They will get the job done and done right the first time. We had no cool air coming from the AC in the Texas August heat. Vixiene came out to inspect the issue the same day I called. The evaporator coil was leaking and needed to be replaced. Even though it was late Friday afternoon, he checked and confirmed they have the coil in stock and sent technicians the next morning to replace it. They also registered the new part for us for the 10 year warranty to be effective. Great service and reasonable price. We would definitely call Cool-It again for any HVAC issues in the future. Highly recommend.

One of the two A/C systems in my house stopped working, so I called the company that had been using for 12+ years. After making their diagnosis, they told me that they required ordering a spare part. After 4 days without hearing from them, I called them and they informed me that because of the age of my equipment, the spare part was no longer available, and the only option was to replace the entire unit.

Due to the questionable arguments I was given and the lack of updates about the repair process, I decided to look for another company.

The reviews I read about Cool-it include in many of them the key words of what is important to me, such as honesty, timely service, reasonable price, knowledge, and professional treatment.

Vixiene showed up at the day/time that was most convenient to me, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, which turned out to be a minor repair and not the replacement of the entire unit that the other company tried to sell me.

We've had good luck with Cool It. They replaced our downstairs AC a couple of years ago, and we haven't had any issues. We just had them replace the upstairs AC and furnace as well. Billy came out to give us a quote, and they were able to schedule the job right away. Their prices seem reasonable too.

A pleasure to work with. I've worked with Cool-It Air Conditioning twice now and Vixiene and his team have been professional, high quality in their delivery and cost effective vs. the choices out in the market. I would happily hire them again for any installation of a new system and/or any repair/warranty work needed.

Cool-it's service is awesome. I've called on them for help a few times, once for maintenance and a couple times for repairs. Vixiene is who has come out each time and he is great. Most recently I had a problem with my house taking a long time to cool. Vixiene took a look at the unit and asked if anyone had worked on it before. I told him about a year ago the coil had been replaced and he pointed out that it wasn't installed correctly which was causing an air leak. He suggested I contact the installer and have them correct the issue. He didn't charge me a cent for coming out and even checked my refrigerant level as a courtesy.

But the awesome service doesn't end there. I had the other company come out and they suggested replacing the furnace which would cost almost $4k. I wanted a second opinion so asked Vixiene to come out and if he agreed with the diagnosis I'd rather he do the work. Well, he came out and said that the furnace was fine and to escalate my issue with the other company. I did that and had a senior tech come out. He agreed that the furnace was fine and went ahead with repairing the original install. He also admitted that the original diagnosis was wrong and apologized for the mistake. I don't know if they were trying to take advantage of my situation but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. What I do know is Vixiene for sure was not doing that and he saved me from potentially spending thousands on an unnecessary repair. And he never charged me a penny for his time.

Billy arrived at the specified time and called beforehand to let me know when he was on the way. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Billy took the time to show me the problem with my a/c unit and explain the possible solutions. He even evaluated my existing equipment and told me that despite it's age it was in good working condition, rather than pushing for a new system install. Having received previous estimates for the work to be done from other companies, I know the pricing offered by Billy was very fair. I'm satisfied with the work done and would not hesitate to use Cool-it for any future HVAC issues.

I’d like to start off by saying, I called a company before Cool It to come check out my unit and the tech pretty much tried to rip me off told me I had quite a few things wrong and tried to charge me about $3200. So of course I wanted to get another opinion and so Cool It told me it was only two things I needed done and the price was no where near what the last guy quoted me. Billy was a very honest man from the jump. He found the issue explained why it happened and got right to work. While working on my unit we had good conversation throughout whole process. Billy is a honest man doing a good job and he’s very knowledgeable. Anytime in the future if I occur a problem again I’ll be calling Cool It with no hesitation. So if you’re looking for a company that’s being honest and won’t rip you off this is the company to go with it. Thanks again Cool It for your good work. Good business people still exist.
