I am lucky that Air Depot was recommended to me when I moved into my house 35 years ago. I have counted on Air Depot to keep my AC/Heating working and they have. Their workers are efficient and friendly, explaining everything and answering all my questions. Oscar came this week and did a great job.

Air Depot installed a complete HVAC System (Lennox) 18 years ago. Regular 3 times/year check-ups.
Francisco & Alejandro installed a complete HVAC System (Daikin Fit) 10/27/23. Very satisfied with Air Depot and installing team. System needs to be evaluated, so far, so good.
First follow-up seasonal check (April 2024) went well. After 6 months, Daikin Fit is working well. Expecting nice reduction in A/C bills. Also replaced Heat & thermostat. Great so far. AirDrpot is trustworthy and very professional.

Follow-up: After a year, our new Daiken HVAC system is performing well. Electric bills are down about 25% from this time last year. We have the regular check-ups from Air Depot. The kept our last Lenox system going for 18 years. Solid company with good staff.

Follow-up. 10/2025. This was part of Air Depot’s regular HVAC system check. Everything working fine. A/C cost-to-operate has seen a reduction over the pre-Diaken Fit installation. Very pleased with Air Depot, staff and the system installed.

Every step of the way this was the best customer service experience! From inquiry to estimate for service to install and follow up was all done with expertise and friendly professionalism. Any questions I had was answered and the price for my new unit and install was less than any of the other bids that I got.

We bought our Air Conditioner a few years ago from Air Depot. We have a very reliable unit so most of our contact with service has been our 6 month checks in the fall and spring. I would like to thank Jamie and the entire team for not only hearing my situation with my parents a/c issue but the initial response on the same day with the actual fix! 10/10 highly recommend!!!!

David Ziese provided excellent service as usual. He advised us that our old damper (14 years old) is beginning to act a little sluggish but doesn't yet need replacing. He takes care to explain everything in a way to make it easily understandable.

The Air Depot representative who came to my home was helpful, friendly, courteous, and did his work well. He also answered the questions I had and let me know when to expect the next visit and what they would be doing at that time. I was comfortable with having him in our home and could tell he was doing a good job of cleaning and maintaining our air-conditioners and furnace.

David was totally professional and did a great job. Our older outside condenser quit working and David was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Seeing that this was an older unit, David could have suggested a much more expensive option, like a new unit. Instead, he was honest and replaced the bad part at a fraction of the cost. Way to go David and Air Depot!

Drug their giant ladder up two flights of stairs to replace the air filter I can’t reach, but I couldn’t find a replacement filter. They were so nice about me wasting their time.
