We are in the middle of purchasing our new home when of course a road block hit. The inspector found some damage to the fireplace and was going to hinder the sale of our new home. So based on the awesome reviews I contacted Nature's Own Chimney and spoke to John Britton. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and gave us a great quote and had a technician out the same day to fix this problem. Long story short we are now in our new home. Thanks John and Nature's Own your team is so great.

Ryan at Nature's Own Chimney is a great technician! He was very detailed with the inspection and answered all of my questions. He even gave me a couple of options for repairing the back reflector panel at a reasonable price. I will call on him and Nature's Own Chimney from now on for my annual inspections. EGraham

I called in for a consult. I have never needed a service to clean a chimney before, but we were considering a home that included a fireplace. So I wanted to check around to get more information on what the upkeep cost would be before committing to anything. All of my inquiries were met with honest and easy to understand answers. Making my decision making so much less stressful. If this company can appreciate a client even when they are not buying anything. I can only assume that they go over and beyond expectations when they are actually being paid for it! Nature's Own Chimney has a future customer in me. I couldn't imagine taking my business anywhere else after I was treated so well.

Updated post: Chimney box looks clean, but I didn't look beyond the flue when the technician was still present. There is still a ton of build up beyond the flue. Jason was very personable and seemed very knowledgeable. I scheduled additional services due to a much better experience today. My initial experience was comprised of the wrong service being booked and then a no-show incident after receiving same day confirmation. Today I had initially upgraded to 5 stars based on customer service, but I am not convinced about quality. I plan get a second opinion. The service charge was significantly discounted due to my initial bad experience, but quality should not decrease along with price. I can't even see the majority brick beyond the flue due to the remaining build up in most areas. Remains 1 star for quality.

We bought our little get-away cottage several months ago and we loved the fact that it came with an authentic gorgeous looking fireplace but we were warned that it had not been used in quite a while and the chimney could be in need of some cleaning. We were advised to call Nature`s Own and it was a good piece of advice indeed. The customer service was very friendly and efficient. And the workers who came in were punctual and did a very thorough cleaning job, having explained to us many things we have not known before. We would definitely call up Nature`s Own again if any issue arises!

I highly recommend Nature's Own Chimney Cleaning. I needed to get my chimney examined and cleaned prior to using it. I scheduled an appointment and within 24hrs, I had a service specialist from Nature's Own. He was professional, highly prepared (came with protective measures to ensure no damage to my property)and gave me a reasonable quote for the service provided. I was highly satisfied by the service provided, and will use this company for all my future Chimney needs.

Very happy with scheduling to get my chimney cleaned and inspected. They were thorough with explaining the process and their findings. Since the home is older, I called Nature's Own Chimney Cleaning to schedule an inspection and cleaning. A week ago I ordered a chimney cleaning service with Nature's Own, and today, Ryan, came to our house to do the job. He was very informative and efficient. The whole process took about 15 minutes, and he vacuumed all of the soot out of the fireplace as well. I will definitely use this service again.

I contacted Nature's Own to clean my chimney since we just purchased a older home and the inspector recommended getting it cleaned asap since it was pretty dirty. Jason came out and did a good job. We also had them install some gas logs that look really pretty. So overall I am very happy.

The service rendered by this company was incredibly pleasant and prompt. Cleaning chimney seems like a dirty job but they don’t mind and they worked tirelessly and with caution without damaging anything else, they just got my got my chimney cleaned and fixed properly and now it’s functioning just the way it should, they also taught me on how to use the fireplace properly and as well proffer lasting suggestions on lighting fires and also recommends the types of wood to use. They have indeed provided an inspiring service to me so far and it shows they care a lot about their customers. They will always be remembered for their efficient services and I will always call them when the need to clean my chimney arises. I recommend this company 100%.

Brendan from Nature's Own came to perform a chimney inspection and cleaning on my masonry wood burning fireplaces. He said everything looked good and he only needed to clean one side of the split fireplace. Finished up in a short time. The quoted price did increase because he said the cleaning would be more because I was in Dallas County. Not sure why they didn't tell me upfront on the phone.. Otherwise, initially happy.
Moving forward 1 month, I decided to give the den fireplace a small test before cooler temperatures arrive. Things initially look fine as the fire begins to burn. But in a few minutes the front room is filling with smoke. Smoke is billowing out of the opposite side fireplace, staring to fill the room and hallway. I immediately run to the front room to put the fire out. Luckily I caught the issue before the whole house filled with smoke.
I then contact a separate chimney company to get a second opinion on the inspection. They come out and do a full camera inspection. This company, finds that the fireplaces are not safe at all to burn a fire. They found a laundry list of safety and structural issues. They walk me through the quote with pictures and all to show all the issues. This is thousands of dollars of issues.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Maybe I got an inexperienced technician, but this was absolutely not acceptable. My family and home was put at risk. Very upset and deceived.

I've used a couple of different cleaning services over the years, and while they weren't bad, I always felt like they could do better. So after reading nature's own reviews, I decided to give them a try and I was VERY happy with the results. The worker who came was very courteous and I felt respected. I also felt like my house and items were being respected and watched out for, so there was no damage. I'm very happy with the job they did and can't wait to use my fireplace next year.

The gentleman that came out showed up on time for our appointment and had a great customer service personality. I didn't catch his name but he is a great attribute to your company. He was great explaining everything and showed us everything about the fireplace and how to use it. We never had a fireplace before and i had a hundred question and he was so patient and attentive to all of them. We feel a lot more comfortable now using our fireplace. Thank you for sending such a great employee to our home and for providing such an exceptional job.

Parents in Texas wanted me to write a review for Nature's Own Chimney Cleaning on their behalf. Never thought I'd have to write a review about a chimney cleaning service, but apparently finding a good service is hard to find. My family has never cleaned out the fireplace for the many years we have owned the house, therefore it had been extremely dirty and worn out from all the family gatherings and use.

We got a pretty decent price for an inspection, restoration, and cleaning. Some other places were too expensive and it was a pain in the ass to book elsewhere. Customer service was very honest and friendly. Didn't expect someone who could actually describe their company without awkwardly trying to sell me their service.

All in all, very good experience. Chimney's all good to go, great price, and very reliable. Thanks!

I really don't know how good of a job they did because my inspection report simply said "clean and inspect with camera." When I reached out to ask what the camera inspection found or how it looked after, I kept receiving the reply "here is your report." When I pointed out the report didn't tell me anything, I received silence. $300 was high but I was willing to pay it for the premium nature of the service. That premium service was not realized.

My chimney cap had blew off and I was having the hardest time finding a company to come out and look at and replace it asap. I called Nature's Own Chimney Cleaning and they offered to have someone come out the next day to check it out. They kept me updated on arrival time and arrived right on schedule, checked out our cap, replaced it. The price was very reasonable,so we got the cap replaced. I was so impressed with their promptness and professionalism and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to have their chimney worked on. We'll definitely use them again when the time comes to clean our chimney.

Horrible experience with this company. Booked about a month ago for a time between 10am-noon. Well around 12:15 I called to see if they were still coming. No. They rescheduled us without notice and then said they couldn’t get to us for a few more weeks. We were not a priority. Would not recommend them at all. Very unprofessional. I couldn’t believe I had to call them to find out they had cancelled on us!

This was our first time to use a chimney sweeping service -- but, we learned that they do so much MORE! We needed someone to inspect, test, fix or do whatever was necessary to make our "not-been-used-in-a-long-time gas logs in our fireplace" operable and safe! Richardo came from Nature's Own at the Dallas' store direction. He did an amazing job for us! Not only was he professional, knowledgeable, and careful in everything he was doing, he was considerate and personable. Richardo completed his work for us efficiently and gave us complete instructions and an analysis of what we had! He left us in great shape having given us full confidence in our fireplace gas logs again! Nature's Own is on our go to list for any of the needs they list that they can do!!!
