My first and only negative review online. Anywhere. Years no problem. Then the proprietress said she does not need to write down my name or number because she knows me. I foolishly did not protest because it saved me time, I never thought I would need to keep tabs. Big mistake.
First, I was charged $2.50 once instead of $25.00, (I brought it to her attention). Then a pair of pants surfaced in July though I dropped them off April 28th. Then she asked me if any of the "no name" shirts she keeps in the back were mine, I found some! She gave me one, and insisted that the other belonged to an "Indian guy." Ethnicity need not have been inserted into our conversation. I resolved to not make the same mistake so subsequently I insisted that my name be written down with the number of shirts I dropped off (that time was 16). When I picked them up there were only 14 shirts! When I asked about the other shirts, the proprietress accused me of going to my car, depositing the two shirts, and blaming her. For shame. Even worse than the injury, was the odious insult.

I live in dallas and drive all the way to Addison to have my clothes serviced here. my mother brings all of her delicate clothing to this location as well. The 15 mile drive is well worth the service me and family receive. Warm welcomes and fast delivery on all of my dry cleaning needs. Family takes care of family and they definitely treat you like their own!

QUALITY SERVICE AND FRIENDLY GREETING STAFF! I love bringing my business here knowing this family will always take care of me. Even with rush jobs my clothes have come out pressed and so clean they look brand new every time! One of my favorite suits buttons had fallen off for a few days. I didn't think anything of it I only needed to button one up. I dropped it off for routine cleaning and when I received it back they had sewn on a brand new button for me no questions asked! What else can you ask for out a business when the priority of this cleaners is to always put customers first! I will continue to bring my laundry needs just like my family does every week!

The moment I walked in I was greeted by the most friendliest, kindest and upbeat young lady! This is an amazing family run business that I continue to have positive experiences with. Quick easy drop off for all my dry cleaning and mostly all done by the following day. I also had multiple items altered here as well. My husband is very picky with his suits and The mom and daughter here have never let us down. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants quality work with great customer service!!

Worst dry cleaners I’ve been to. Told them I want it extra extra heavy starch on my jeans and when I picked them up they were hardly even starched and I told the lady this is no where near extra heavy starch and she said “sorry we don’t starch clothes very well here” if you can’t starch clothes then don’t say you can make them stand up on their own when I drop them off and you say you can do it how I want them give me my pants back and they are soft with no starch at all

I took all my winter coats here and a pair of white jeans that I managed to get red dye all over (long story). Everything came back crisp and clean, right on time. I also took a pair of pants that were too long for my boyfriend. She was able to hem it even though he wasn’t there to try it on. Everyone was professional and kind too.

Went there over the weekend got my clothes fast and clean just what u expected definitely going again.

Do not get your clothes altered here. I got my dress for a bridal event altered here and not only did they make more adjustments they I requested but they singed the back of the dress. After I realized there was damage on my dress the owner said it was just wrinkled and they could fix it. After I returned and she realized it was not coming off she began to accuse of bringing my new dress in damaged and suggested I go return it to my original vendor with alterations and all… she refused to take any responsibility. I will never be giving them my business again.

I have been using Quality Pool Service since 2011 and they haven't missed a cleaning. Thier service department handles all the pool updates required in a profession way. I would highly recommend them.

Bob and staff are NOT Quality! After contracting them to renovate my pool after a tornado damaged it, they did a terrible job, poor quality plaster (rocks & nails in it), not responsive to fix problems with poor quality equipment installed. I wish I had not trusted them and could get them to return and fix the problems,

If you own soild wood, vintage or heirloom items I recommend you stay as far away from this company as possible. If you own cheap items you don't mind getting damaged or replacing you'll probably be fine. I was with this company 2-3 mo on a bi weekly cleaning schedule. Over that time they broke a lamp a jar of honey and the VERY LAST STRAW a soild oak vintage secretary's desk. For those unfamiliar with the item the front opens down held by chains not hinges. I came home to both chains broken links in the middle and the front broken completely off. I wasn't even informed! I reached out via text and email including pictures as well as thier internal system of rate the service heard NOTHING from the company no solutions offered no i'm sorry nothing. These maids are obviously incredibly rough and quick and are constantly damaging antique furniture in my home. I refuse to put up with that when I'm paying AND tipping. They also have not shown up for scheduled service without communication. Also I was paying for premium cleaning every two weeks, and was finding mildew in the corners of my shower. The girls were prompt, friendly & professional. After giving them a tour with what areas I needed cleaning they jumped in a worked 'quietly' until the job was completed. Neither girls were talking or texting on their phones! I would definitely recommend Two Maids to friends & family.
