Windsor Maid Service is consistently professional and very thorough in the job they do. I have been quite pleased with their service and communication as well as the quality of their work.

If I could give this company ZERO stars... I defiantly would. Completely unprofessional and did a poor job cleaning our house - left fingerprints all over stainless steel appliances, didn't clean bathroom floors or basically anything in the bathroom.

Overall, it was a horrible service and the manager was supposed to call me. It has been over a month and I have not heard from anyone - other than to get my card number on FOUR different occasions. When you sign up with the service, you give them your card number, so not sure why they would want it another 4 TIMES? Come to find out I have been charged TWICE for a cleaning that was half ass and unprofessional customer service. Will definitely NOT recommend this service to anyone.

A clean house and no toxic chemical smell! Very professional staff. Easy to schedule. Keeping toxic chemicals out of my home is important to me. I was impressed when talking to the owner about the selection of their products and the use of commercial grade steam cleaners used to clean without exposing my family to harmful fumes.

The maids arrived on time. They were friendly, but professional. We shook hands and did a walk thru of my home. The work was done efficiently with minimal talking and no need of my involvement.

Upon completion, we did another walk thru with their checklist and I found no issues.
Windsor Maid Services exceeded my expectations and was a great experience.

They return tomorrow and I am confident I will receive excellent service!

Windsor Maid Services has a great process that ensures a good result each time. The crew leader reviews the job, assign tasks and then double check the work before the crew leaves. Much more thorough than other services I've used.

Windsor Maid Services have been reliable and cleaned our house with great detail. Everyone with whom we've worked is pleasant. The bottom of our shower was stained and at their suggestion, they brought in special equipment and the shower floor is good as new. I would recommend their services.

Horrible company, this is the second time they do not show up for a scheduled service. They are non responsive, not detailed, it is a scam. Be careful before you decided to hire these people. Waste of time/money!
