Coverall has been our cleaning service for over 3 year. John Bragg is professional, detailed, and very accommodating when I need to change my cleaning schedule. He has often gone above and beyond his job duties and has assembling heavy equipment for us, deconstructing boxes on the regular, and helped rearrange heavy inventory items. He has stripped and waxed the floor and cleaned the carpets. He is very respectful, professional, and reliable. He is also a pretty great conversationalist. You cant go wrong with his service. I would HIGHLY recommend coverall for all healthcare cleaning needs.

Robert does good job of keeping pool sparkling clean, while Leo has always done most excellent job taking care of any pool equipment issues. TJ and Dixie also = always exceptionally good to deal with.

Terrible service. Pictures were taken right after the weekly "cleaning" occurred. Took a sample afterwards to Leslie's and was told I needed to drain my pool and start over because the chemicals were so skewed. Also was told I needed to replace my entire pump for $2400, I got a second opinion and it turns out I just needed to replace an O-ring which cost $20

Consistent quality, responsive and professional. Our pool always looks great, and they are proactive about making sure everything is taken care of to prepare for the next season. Highly recommend.

Not enough stars for this business! I have never dealt with a service provider that was so responsive, friendly and competent. 3 weeks ago Dallas was going thru winter-magedon. Frozen pool, pipes, and tank. Jeremy, Dixie, Cody and KEN were there when I needed them! Can't say enough how sensitive and responsive everyone was. They ALL deserve raises! Thanks from a life-customer.

I am a facilities manager of a Hi Rise Condo Association in Up Town Dallas. Swim Solutions Pools Inc have done a great job for us. They take care of a ground pool and a elevated pool on the top of our 5th floor parking garage and a hot tub. They are very responsive to my service calls and everyone that I have meet have been great to deal with.
