I have been using this company to clean my home on a biweekly basis since 2014. They always leave my place looking and smelling like new. The cleaning ladies are very professional and courteous. And the office staff are very prompt to respond to any concerns.

This is the best housekeeping service I’ve ever had. They are flexible with my travel schedule, the staff is great, and despite my house full of huskies, cats, and kids (and an even messier husband) they make my home a clean oasis every time they visit.

I walked in, with nothing more than an appointment that I'd set up while driving over, gave the man a key, and he said they'd show up around 1:30. Boom - they were on-time, the ladies were very professional, they swept, they vacuumed, they mopped TWICE, and left the house ready for photographers to come in.

I will be using this team again after repair crews come in next week. I was HIGHLY impressed. Good local business folks.

Set up a one time weekday cleaning service. Got a text before they arrived. Once on site they got to work quickly and efficiently. Super polite. We plan to use them again.

Randy and his team is impeccable when it comes to maintaining our home. They have a group of trustworthy cleaning staff, they are always reliable and on time. If you need to make changes or move dates around, they are absolutely awesome at moving mountains to come clean before a surprise family visit or whatever your needs may be. We also have pets and it is hard to find a company who you can trust with those little four legged family members. So over-all we love this team and are grateful for the job they do for our entire family.

This company is VERY affordable, reliable and do an amazing job cleaning. I also love how you schedule on their website and you can add specific things to your cleaning if needed.

My wife and I are both professionals and lack the time to do a good job cleaning. Being able to rely on more hands maids has been a god send. They do fantastic work. Our house is cleaner than when we first moved in after each time they come out. We will be sticking with them for as long as we live in an area they service.

Do yourself a favor — call them up, let them clean, and enjoy how nice your house or apartment looks. You will NOT be disappointed!!!

After having this company clean my residence weekly for quite sometime, one of the teams sent did an extremely poor job. I contacted Randy, the manager, and asked for a refund for the day (I have never done this), because I would need to clean myself now. He said this wasn't fair and he would refund me half of my weekly rate because the maid did do some work. I told him this was by far the worst job any of this teams had ever done. He said he could send the team back (why would I want the team that did a terrible job back.) I declined and he said "fine with me, but it's not fair to give you a full refund." Again, I have been a weekly customer for quite sometime with zero complaints. I cancelled my service due to lack of customer service. Cleaning services are rampant in my area. To me, customer satisfaction is what makes the good ones rise to the top. Had he simply refunded me for the terrible job done, I'm sure I would have been a client for years to come.

Easy to schedule, great job, friendly & caring staff! I tried the highest rated cleaning company before scheduling with Maid 4 Dallas. The outcome was very poor. I am so pleased to find Maid 4 Dallas!

MoreHands is the best in the business, hands down. We have been through a few service providers in the DFW area over the past decade and have happily been with MoreHands since 2016. I love that they don't have an initial cleaning fee. I love how Randy is SUPER responsive. I love how friendly the staff is when they come over. I work from home so I extra appreciate how they sometimes have to work around my work. I also love how the staff is so friendly and loving of our pets. They are always on time and have never missed a service date. The staff does top quality work and are always upbeat and nice. It's obvious they take pride in their work and are happy employees. Hats off to the staff and management of MoreHands. We will stay with them as long as we live in DFW.

The price for my space was reasonable. I appreciated the fact that you can schedule online and have reoccurring cleanings at 1 week, 2 weeks, or 3 weeks. I wish there was a month option. Also, the cleaning I got was just okay. Spoke with MoreHands and they were willing to come out to fix (I was just not available). I find it rather impressive that a company was willing to come back.

Just had cleaning services done yesterday. Very unhappy with the result. 2 mexican ladies came to clean with not much professional equipments. Then they charged me hourly 90 per hour after 30minutes upon arriving at the scene and did not fullfill anything. Basically half of the house wasn't done. If this is a professional cleaning company, I had expected more than this. Definitely wpuld not recommend this company to any of my friends nor myself.

Reply to the owner's reply: I never said it was for one room. When I spoke on the phone, I clearly stated that it's a condo with 1300sq/ft and also said it needs to be sold soon. Plus I ended up paying 300 dollars so I expected a better job than this.

Update: They sent a different crew back and cleaned rest of the house. Kudos to you for making it right.

I've used numerous cleaners over the past 8 years and I must say that MoreHands Maid is hands down my absolute favorite company. Randy and the team takes care of my apartment on a bi-weekly bases and they do a phenomenal job. I find a lot of comfort every time I come home, after a long day at work, to my clean apartment. There are usually 2-3 ladies that come to take care of your home. They work very efficiently and are extremely detailed oriented. Besides for the cleaning, MoreHand Maid makes it very easy to schedule, reschedule, and make payments online. I highly recommend this company. They also have a special rate for you to try them out!

I can't say enough about Maid 4 Dallas. We've been using their service for about 2 years now. I've also recommended them to friends. We all agree how wonderful the service is, how great of a job they do, and how much of a pleasure it is to deal with them on chnages.

We recently had our first experience with MoreHands Maids to clean our home. A team of 3 ladies (Mari, Gabi, & Eva) arrived and did an amazing job. I would like to share a few of the positive things that we observed from this company.

1.They not only covered the basics, but everything was thoroughly cleaned.
2.They worked well as a team, thus could accomplish more in a shorter amount of time.
3.There was great communication from the scheduler regarding our reserved time shot.
4.The ladies took the time to add a few extra touches. For Example: The Kleenex was folded nicely on the dispenser, the spare blankets were folding and placed in a unique way, as opposed to the usual “fold over the back of the couch”, and even the toilet paper had a nice fold on the end. The extra little touches are something I enjoy doing when for guests. I never requested, nor expected these “special little touches” in our home. But, they were greatly appreciated and definitely noticed.
5.They brought an ample supply of their own cleaning products. Thus, we keep more of our own for a later time.
6.The team was very kind and attentive to our requests. Everything was perfect and it felt amazing to have a clean home when we retuned.

If we happen to need a housekeeping service in the future, we will definitely keep this company in mind. It was nice to have a break from the stresses of cleaning with this wonderful company.

Fantastic service and staff. Website is easy to use for scheduling and service history, you can tip the team online, and Maria is very prompt with all the email communication I've had with her. Top tier professionalism and very highly recommend!

Cleaning ladies did a fantastic job cleaning my house! After seeing the grout cleaned in the huge walk in shower sparkle, I immediately signed up for regular cleanings. Hard workers, friendly, efficient and fast. Looking forward to the next cleaning.

Used this service twice for move-out cleaning, would totally do it a third time if I needed it, and recommend it to personal friends.

The key thing is I love how communicative Randy and the team are, they send photos of anything they find (which is really nice in move-out situations, since you might not go back to the unit). And provide status updates, what time they enter and leave.

Also very accommodating, responsive on the phone for any questions or requests.

And highlighting the value, I feel is very worth, to pay a reasonable price to erase the worries of move-out cleaning, when moving can already be a stressful event.

I have used this company for 4 years now. They are extremely dependable, professional and trustworthy. I would not want to be without them. Make my life so much easier!

I have used MoreHands at two different apartment complexes now and have nothing but high praises! The booking process is super easy and there is not a better feeling than coming home to a clean home. Their attention to detail is beyond something I could do myself and is much appreciated. They also notify you the morning of the service what time they are expected to be at your home and then sent another text when they are on their level. That extra touch is much appreciated when needing to plan your day out.
