I had them come 3 times already to clean my fabric couches and chairs, and they always do an amazing job. Leaving no stains and making it look brand new again! I don't write these often, but I can't say enough good things about my experience with Fiber-Seal in Dallas. I bought a light-colored sofa and a decorator friend of mine recommended that I have them treat it. A couple of months after it was treated, my cat threw up on it and left a big, dried stain. Fiber-Seal had left me with various cleaning products, but I called them in a panic to ask them what to do. They came out that day, got the stain out and didn't damage the nap of the velvet.

I can't recommend them highly enough. Every single person that I've had contact with within the organization, from the folks that answer the phone to the guys that come out to the house, are super friendly, efficient and trained well to handle customers. And they're creative. I had to have some extra cushion covers sprayed and the techs thought "outside the box" for a way to hang them to have them dry efficiently. And, last but not least, big shout out to Kimberly who has talked me through how to take care of the velvet when the manufacturer didn't!

Great service! Our carpets, including our kids rooms, look brand new! We get our carpets cleaned annually by Fiberseale and can’t recommend this service enough! And their service reps are always so nice and professional.

I was so pleased they were able to remove some blood stains from an accident with my puppy, but, one of the three couches really needed to be cleaned, not spot cleaned and it looks dirty.

Love this crew!! They have protected investment pieces of rugs and furniture. Two toddler boys and you’d never know. Highly recommend having them protect your home. We’re on our 6th year with them.

Fiber seal came highly recommended (Roche) and they deserve all the praise ! Technicians are great and service is meticulous. Had in house cleaning on one and the second rug (wool and silk) was sent to the plant. Awaiting the third rug to be delivered and sealed. Excellent!

Kimberly was a great help in determining what service we needed and setting up. The crew was great, was punctual and professional and the results were great! They cleaned 4 rugs for us and one furniture cushion that was slightly stained. Highly recommend for cleaning higher end products.

Highly recommend! Have had a contract with Fiber-Seal for 2 years, and our cat has ensured that we use their services frequently (rug and furniture). We get consistently exceptional service from them; their techs are expert, fast, considerate of our specific needs and patient with our questions (although by this time we don’t have many questions). We intend to continue renewing our contract with them.
