The team arrived early and only took 1 hour and half to complete cleaning my house. They are the only cleaning service available same day in Dallas that I was able to find! They were affordable and do a great job. Will use them again.

Top shelf quality from the ladies who service my apartment. I am on an extended business assignment and do not have the bandwidth to also keep my place thoroughly cleaned. The ladies who clean my place do an outstanding job every time they visit. It's like coming home to a freshly moved into apartment every time they visit. Highly recommend their services. The office personnel I have dealt with are also highly responsive to requests anytime I have dealt with them and are professional in getting odd scheduling requests accommodated to respond to my travel needs. Good folks to do business with!

First time using a maid service so i contracted this company to come out and clean my home today. They were scheduled from 12-3 but ended up showing up earlier which worked out better for me. 3 women arrived with all supplies to get the job done and did a wonderful job. I work from home so they were careful not to make much noise while I was on the phone and made sure they didn’t interrupt or bother me while they were here. I added deep cleaning to my services and they definitely did that. House doesn’t really get too dirty but figured they’d do a better job at cleaning than me which they certainly did. Will definitely be using them again on a monthly basis.

Maids 4 Dallas is a professional quality company! I have been using them for years now and have zero plans on switching companies. Prior to using them, I had switched around in search for a company like this one. My home always feels so so clean when they finish and there isn't a strong chemical smell, ever. They are responsive, courteous, professional and I feel completely comfortable being around the ladies when I'm home alone with my 1 year old son. They wave and make him laugh which is so sweet. If you are looking for a one time cleaning or a long term relationship with a housekeeping service, I highly recommend Maids 4 Dallas! The owners of this company are very involved and want to make sure their clients are well taken care of! I am so appreciative and thankful to have found them!

I started using this company when it was still MoreHands, and they were great. Showed up on time, quick, efficient, well priced. Since they became Maid 4 Dallas, the service is terrible. The last time we hired them, they showed up late, took 4+ hours to clean our house that was not even particularly dirty, and I had to remop and re vacuum it after because they did such a bad job. Today, I had scheduled to have them come between 8:30 and noon. We were up and out of the house at 8:30, finally got a text that they would be arriving around 11a. After that, someone called saying they couldn’t be there until “closer to 1”. 1pm came and went and still no one showed up, so we finally gave up and told them not to come, except they don’t even answer their phones to try to cancel, so it took leaving multiple messages for that as well. Maid service is supposed to make your life easier - if that’s what you’re looking for, do not hire this company. We will never hire them again.

i've been using Maid 4 Dallas for probably about a year now and recommend them to all my friends and family. not only do they do a consistently good job at cleaning my house, they're also affordable and reliable. i've had experiences with other companies/cleaners that would take days to get back to me, wouldn't show up or would always come hours late, would do a crappy job for what i was paying, or would buy supplies without asking me first and then charge me for their purchase. with maid 4 dallas, i love that i can get a quote online, book online, and pay online. i love that you know the level of cleaning you're getting before paying for it and that you can book extra services for a fee, which they're transparent about. plus, they come when they say they'll come. they're fast and efficient, and they leave my house spotless. also, if you have an issue or question, etc., you can text them and they fix the issue and/or respond in a timely manner. if you're tired of being ghosted by other cleaning companies, feel like you're overpaying, or don't have the time and energy to constantly keep your current cleaner on schedule, try maid 4 dallas. it's truly a much better experience!

I’ve used this maid service for years because they are consistent, reliable, trustworthy, and flexible. They felt pricey at first, but the fact that I can trust the crew to clean my whole home without worrying that items will get lost or broken is everything! They can also clean a home in about 2-2.5 hours so it doesn’t interrupt too much of your day. I have them regularly every other week, but they are very accommodating if I need to shuffle cleanings due to travel or visitors. You can also leave feedback after every cleaning, and they are responsive and train the team accordingly. If needed, they will return for touch ups. Highly recommend!!

The team did a great job cleaning our home, we were satisfied with the clean. Our only issue for other to be prepared for the arrival time can change. After 30 minutes past my appointment time I thought was arrival I reached out via text and was told the team would be another 30 to 40 minutes. They arrived nearly an hour and 20 minutes past the time I thought was our scheduled time. When I followed up I was told that this schedule time is just estimated timeframe of arrival. So keep that in mind if you’re booking them on a tight schedule like I was with kids naps to work around.

Maid4Dallas is a top-notch service. I needed help to deep clean my house before hosting and decided to give them a try. I’m so glad I did!! I had a house that needed some deep cleaning - especially the floors, floorboards, and oven. When they finished, I felt like I had a brand new home. They were fabulous!

3.5 stars. I'm fairly satisfied with the service. I've never had a cleaner come before. 2 people came. I loved that i could do all the arranging on line, and the text updates. The ETA was 1038, they arrived at 1108. left at about 1pm. I have a 3 bedroom 1 bath 1500sf house, and 1 very shedding dog. I mostly was looking for clean floors and counter tops. The counter tops are great. I was very pleased with the kitchen clean in general, very thorough. Same with bathroom. Nice little touches like folding the towels and arranging the blankets and throw pillows. They vacuumed the couches and between/under the cushions. I wasn't very happy with the floors. I have some area rugs and bog beds on the floor. These were cleaned around, instead of moved and cleaned under. Next time i would pick everything off the ground myself to be sure they are cleaned. Under the bed was not cleaned, just the first foot or so. My bed linens were not changed, but i hadn't left anything out for them to change, so maybe that is why.
