Best carpet cleaners I’ve ever hired! You can’t go wrong hiring Aqualux

We recently had our carpets cleaned by Aqualux. They came out right away and did an excellent job.

Am so glad I found this great service. They came to my car's location and made it new inside again. Worth every cent. Courtesy like I have not experienced in eons. Makes me wish I had more dirty cars. ;o)

Agree that they price up everything- you will not have less than a $250 bill for same service as any other cleaner. Richard, while unusually helpful, talks more than listens. If you want expensive service, Aqualux is for you.

I found Aqualux through the internet for my 75 year mother in Dallas, I'm in Florida. I needed a carpet cleaner to help her to get her house ready for a party. Aqualux did everything she needed done, and more. Her house had cat smells on the sofa and the carpet, all smells were eliminated to well above our satisfaction.

Total rip off. They do not use the recommended solutions by RotoVac and will do their best to avoid using the RotoVac and tell you that your carpet could suffer damage from using it.
they "Cleaned" a 4 bedroom house for me in a little over an hour.. Very detailed indeed!!
They will do their best to talk you into buying their most expensive package ($500 - $700) which requires removing your carpet and replacing the padding, while a proper cleaning could do the same job if they use the proper solutions instead of a copmletely watered down solution.
If you choose any other package, they will make you sign a waiver.
If you try to call them to complain, expect a rude answer from Richard.
I DO NOT recommend them at all.

BEST carpet cleaners in DFW. Very professional and friendly. If you want the best cleaning job possible, you need to call them. They use top-of-the-line cleaning equipment and get those hard-to-clean stains out of your carpet.

My wife and I just rented a house from a family friend. When we viewed the house we thought the house was in decent shape, but our tenant was still living in the house and it wasn't yet apparent that the house was very unkept and dirty. We trusted she was a cleanly person who had her house in order because she had retired earlier and moved abroad. We were wrong! Leaking faucets, baseboards cracking, rodents in the attic, and FILTHY CARPETS. She only had carpet in the master bedroom and guest bedroom and we didn't realize at first how dirty the carpets were... until she moved out. (To be continued)

GREAT carpet cleaning company. We have used them two times and have been very happy each time. They are extremely professional, honest and get the job done. I have used other carpet companies in the past that have left rugs and carpet smelling awful and unusable. They have never tried to upsell or give unfair pricing. Will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone.

Aqualux was a life saver! Was having guests over for the weekend and had water leak all over my wool rug and made it STINK!! Thomas came over and sprayed a citrus scent over the rug to make the smell go away free of charge!! and then offered a $279 rug cleaning for when I call next! I definitely recommend him.

I just used this company for the first time and they were wonderful! Richard was able to get some severe coffee and spaghetti sauce out of our carpet instantly. They are very knowledgeable, thorough and did a great job at explaining to us how to care for our carpet for the inevitable future stains. Highly recommended!

I haven't actually used them for a carpet cleaning BUT I did call them to ask about a rug that needed cleaning and they were super helpful, super knowledgeable, and incredibly honest about what they thought was wrong with the rug and what would be the best financial choice for me, which was, believe it or not, to just throw it away. To me that shows an incredible amount of integrity for a company to put customer service over financial gain which I really really appreciate. I highly recommend them!

Brent with Aqualux came and restored our carpet. With the winter weather, my dog had decided to mess up our carpets. Between that and three busy kids, our carpets were a mess. Aqualux saved them. They look great. Stains gone. House smells fresher. And the carpet is soft to the touch.

A week later, there's no signs of the old spots. Carpets still look freshly cleaned.

I also appreciate Brent for his expertise and integrity. He's not just trying to upsale or give you services you don't need. He tells it like it is.
