We’ve had a great experience with Refresh Pools so far. From the first call to today, they have always been friendly, informative, and fair.

Drew really goes above and beyond to try to help! We had a leak (something his company doesn’t fix) and he STILL tried to help guide us, helped us not fall for a very high leak detection price even though again, he had nothing to gain from it! He even followed up with us to see if we needed more help. Amazing! We hired him for pool cleaning after those very attentive interactions and him and his team do a professional job! Definitely recommend.

Of course my pool pump went out a week ago and the Boss told me to get some estimates for her to budget the expense. I called several and sent pictures over and the first one was the cost of a new pool. I sent Drew some photos too but he’s the only guy who came out and took the thing apart and narrowed down the three or so things that needed to be replaced and what was still in good condition. That was important to me and my wife. We like to have all the info. Then he gave me his estimate and my wife said “I don’t believe it, but if he can do it for that reasonable price, tell him the jobs his”.
I expected a week’s wait time but Drew said that he’d be back in 2 days and he was. In fact he said he’d be here at 3:30, and he was here an hour early and he called before each visit to keep me informed.
Everything is up and running and looks good. If you have any issues with your pool I’d say you can make one call to Refresh Pool and rest assured that your getting the quality and price and service out there!!!

The folks at Refresh Pools have been maintaining my pool for a little over year now and their work has been nothing but stellar. Drew is super knowledgeable and always there to answer questions and help solve problems. During the freeze this past winter while we were away on vacation he went above and beyond to help winterize our pool and make sure everything was okay. I would highly recommend their services.

You can count on them to show up as scheduled or to let you know if the schedule changes. They’re really nice guys too! We’re very happy with our decision to work with Refresh Pools.

Drew and Matt were great to work with. Extremely fair on pricing, hauled away the old heater and other garbage after replacement, the new heater works great and the whole process was enjoyable from estimate to completion. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

I was initially skeptical about paying someone to look after our pool, however my experience with Drew & Refresh Pool has absolutely changed my opinion about needing them. Drew has been fantastic to work with. Very responsive, great communication. He doesn't just come monitor the chemicals, but is also keeping a close eye on all our pool equipment including the pump, polaris, etc. He spends a lot of time answering all of our questions and educating us about our pool & its maintenance. Refresh does a great job keeping my pool clean. I had algae issues and Drew got it straightened our quickly. The pool always looks great now and I don't have to spend hours buying supplies and cleaning up. They are dependable and do wonderful work.
