I had pool issues with my filter pump. After calling a few pool services companies, Refresh Pool was the first to actually answer the phone and make time to come out to our home to fix the issue. Great customer service and knowledgeable overall! We’ll be using them from now on. Thank you!

Fantastic experience. This is not a small investment and it pays to have it done the right way. This business delivers on their commitments, keep you in the loop of the project status at every turn AND the do not settle for half-way good. In the world of contractors and sub contractors it is hard to find this level of responsiveness and follow through. Matt treated my project as if it was being done at his own house, and I could not be more pleased with the results.

Matthew and Micah have been wonderful! Always available for questions and talk through concerns this is our first pool so they’ve been incredibly patient explaining the equipment, maintenance needs and precautions as we work through this Dallas winter. Very happy with the service, communication and reliability.

Refresh Pool company was amazing to work with. We had a few issues with our pool over the last few months and after multiple companies we found Refresh! They were timely, prices were very reasonable, and highly communicative. Hands down the best experience we have had with a pool servicing company.

Great Communication! Refresh does a great job on my pool and I really appreciate that their customer service is top notch. Nathan communicates if there are issues and sends me pictures of the issue & lets me know if he has what he needs to fix it or sends links to parts I need to order. He sends a picture every week after my pool has been cleaned and a note if chemicals were used. They let me know if Nathan is away or if someone else will be servicing my pool or if they need to change date of service due to weather. They take pride in all aspects of their work. I work with Drew & Nathan and both communicate very well & they make doing business with them very simple and easy. I’ve used Refresh about a year and couldn’t be happier. Best service of any company I’ve hired to maintain my pool over the last 30+ years.

I have known Matt for years now. He's honest, communicates early and often, and delivers. First he was the foreman when we remodeled our pool. It's been 5 years since and we still love it! Since then his company has now been maintaining the pool for us. Micah, our tech, shows up consistently on time, always sends us an email with what chemicals were added, and texts me when something is needed or he wants to remind me of an upcoming freeze, etc. The fact that each week there's different chemicals added and in different amounts means he's really testing the water chemistry each time and doing what the pool needs. Not just throwing the same amount of chlorine in each week and assuming it works. Use Matt, use Micah, use them for anything pool related. You won't be disappointed!

I hired Refresh Pool Company to replace the mastic around my pool and remove an old pool heater that no longer worked. They did an excellent job on both projects. The work was neat, professional, and completed exactly as promised. Everything looks great and the whole process was easy. I would definitely use them again.

Simply the best pool service provider in town. Went through a couple before we found Refresh. Not only do they do their job incredibly well, they send comprehensive weekly reports with pictures and data. Their data driven approach saved me tens of thousands of dollars as they identified a pool leak that even professional leak detectors couldn’t find. Their whole team are pros - sign ‘em up!

Every part of the process from start to finish has been seamless. When I was getting estimates, Matthew came by and we walked through everything I wanted to do with the pool. I used Refresh for a full renovation of my pool area (new decking, coping, plaster, pool tile, equipment, drainage). They did a tremendous job and are great to work with.

Matthew was extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful about every component of this project. He helped advise on selections/design and tradeoffs of different options. Moreover, the quality of the work itself was exceptional, the team working on the project was pleasant and professional, and Matthew is highly responsive.

Their pricing is reasonable and came in slightly below other bids I received, and I’m sure I didn’t sacrifice on quality or craftsmanship even against premium priced alternatives. Plus Matthew and team are never pushy and clearly cared that I felt like I was getting a fair deal. I could tell they would’ve been ready to cover any mistake at their own expense or eat cost if I wasn’t satisfied with anything though this ultimately wasn’t applicable as the work was well done.

I also use Refresh for weekly pool maintenance, and their customer service, responsiveness, reliability, attention to detail, and level of sincere care for my pool is exceptional for this service as well. And pricing is reasonable.
