Travis and his crew did an incredible job on taking all imperfections out of a Carrera table top and polishing it to perfection. It truly does not look like the same table, which is really a good thing. They took extra effort in prepping the dining room so that there would be absolutely no mess from their work. I would highly recommend UltraClean to everyone.

Jason, the tech, was pleasant, courteous and explained the cleaning process.
Our project was to clean ceramic tile and grout joints on our kitchen floor. Jason said the process would clean at least 90% of seated in dirt and grime. I’m please to say it was at least 95%+.
Will use Ultra Clean again!

Very responsive and professional from my initial encounter with Travis through the completion of the project. Price was competitive. They stayed very late to make sure and finish my project of cleaning 2000+ sq ft of tile that was in HORRIBLE shape, and the results are stunning. I will eagerly recommend these guys if someone asks about tile cleaning in the DFW area.

Travis was the only company who came to do an on site quote. So when his pricing came in lower than some other quotes, but he'd seen it in person, it was the obvious choice. The guys showed showed up on time and worked so hard all day, I don't think they even took a lunch break! They were friendly, the moved all my junk out of the way. And my hardwoods and especially my tile look SO MUCH BETTER! I knew they were dirty but I was still surprised at how much better it looks. I definitely recommend this company!

Update- Not sure if sealing just wasn’t done correctly, but within two weeks discoloration began and got progressively worse. Expensive work for work that doesn’t last. Found a grout repair pen on Amazon which is working great to fix it- am slowly doing sections as I have time.

Jason and John did a great job with grouting my shower. They were both personable and informative on the process and what they were doing. The finished job looks great as well. I highly recommend!

The Extra Mile
The quality of service was so much more than what I could have imagined. The staff was courteous and worked with our needs without hesitation. Ultra Clean gave our dingy carpeted flooring new life.

Not a good experience. I booked online and paid the 20% deposit. I got a call 20 minutes later informing me that the time I'd booked was not available. The soonest available did not work for me, so I said I'd need to cancel. No big deal... Except the agent was unable to confirm that my 20% deposit would be refunded; she'd have to talk to management. So now, I have to add it to my list of things to do to 1) find a new company and 2) follow-up with this company to be sure I get my money back. What a headache.

UPDATE: After hanging up on Call #1 described above, they called me 6 more times in a single hour trying to find a date/time that would work. On the 7th and final call, after we'd agreed on a new time/date, I was informed the price would actually be 3X what the quote I'd paid the deposit on. LOL, no.

Ultra Clean answered all my questions and offered a good deal for cleaning 1300 sq ft of seriously dirty tile and grout in a house that had been a rental. The technicians went over areas multiple times to get it all looking great. They were super careful with all the new paint on the baseboards and cabinets. I will use them again!

Jason and Luis was assiting a customer at Extra Space storage and was very professional. There care and professional was shown on. The face of the customer. The customer praised for the hospitality and your service. I great way to meet people and learn more of the dedicated company.

Great experience from start to finish. They arrived right on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and did an excellent job cleaning our couches and chairs. I really appreciated that the owner followed up afterward to make sure everything met our expectations. Highly recommend.

Ultra clean not only does magic but also cannot be more professional in providing superb customer services. Their technicians came to my property to do measurements before making estimates and when they came to do the cleaning, they took their time to do a thorough job. The tiles and grout look almost brand new after the cleaning. Their customer service agent, Jaima, was responsive and communicative as to their staff’s scheduling and ETAs. They have also employed an SMS system to send out reminders. I highly recommend Ultra Clean. Btw, they offer very competitive pricing.

Ultra Clean gets 5 stars from us! Not only did thy come out quickly with an affordable estimate, they were able to book me super fast for a cleaning! They did a tremendous job cleaning and selling all the tile in our home, and it’s a lot of tile! It looks 10x better than it did before.

I’ve used Baar Floor Care twice and both times have been awesome. Austin pays attention to details and does a great job getting the oldest of stains out. Definitely my new go to for carpet cleaning.
