I had 2 upholstered chairs and 2 large area rugs cleaned and they look like new. One rug is a very old (but much cherished) wool rug and the other a large carved rug. They were very careful with both and I highly recommend them if you need something cleaned.

I have family coming over soon and needed all my carpets clean, I called and spoke with Travis, later I found out that he is the owner of the company, he came and provided me the service himself!
Needless to say that all my carpets are sparkle clean, I also consulted Travis about my air ducts, since he provided me responsible prices I decided to take care of my air ducts as well.
It's been over two weeks now and my daughter that have severe allergies is doing great now!

I was very pleased with Ultra Clean Floor Care. Had some bad pet stains and Travis and Gary worked very hard to remove them. Then carpet was cleaned and raked. It looks very nice and has no more pet odors. Furniture was moved and protectors put under furniture legs to protect them from wet carpet. Travis takes time to explain the process and wants his customers to be pleased. Guarantees his work. I will use him again and recommend him to my friends. Thanks for a job well done!

Well, I'd like to start with saying that the tech Jason was a nice guy, very personable. However, that is not what I paid for. 1 star is for his personality. The others are for the service. I believe this service is for customers who have years of unclean tile and you would likely see the benefit and your tile lines are really small. I have a new home and needed to get the tile sealed. Some areas had some new putty from the kids that I likely could have just taken something sharp and lifted it with little effort. However, since I scheduled this services scheduled literally a day later, I thought they could just handle those few areas. There was an area around the stove that some ant bait I used was on it. I figured with the machinery and hand power they could handle that as well. They had to make two visits to my home not because the tile and grout was so bad but because of the lack of attention to detail by the very nice tech. I pointed out some areas when he was leaving but he said its best to let is cure 24 hours and if I still see anything they would be willing to return. The few areas with the glittery putty, I pointed out and he said oh I thought that was just wet. :/ Well upon better inspection that night there were multiple areas of grout that made no effort to clean and sealed it. I was floored. Other areas the was the white haze that was left after cleaning. Website said baseboard cleaning and that was not done. On the second trip he said he cleaned the closet areas on the first trip but I don't believe it. My father is a contractor so he explained to me what needed to be done, we even looked this company up and he thought that were a good choice. I will venture to say again that if you have small grout lines that have turned color and really dirty then yeah go with them but if prefer attention to detail and have new flooring I would select another company.
