Refresh Pool Co has been serving my pool for several years and it’s always sparkling clean and crystal clear. They are reliable and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend them.

Love Refresh Pools! Pool is always sparkling again! Previous pool company ruined chemistry, so Drew had a lot of work when he took us on as a customer. They come same day every week, which is so nice. I never knew which day last company would come, if at all. Drew has had to already replace a motor that was old and died too. I love they have auto pay too. Others don’t do that, and I love not having to keep up with billing/payment. Every week, they send a report to tell me what they did each week. Most of all, he’s so nice and treats me like a real person. They seem to live by “The Golden Rule,” which is hard to find these days. Love Refresh Pool!

One of the parts connecting to the pool heater had cracked and leaking water everywhere. The part was expensive but they provided an alternative by rerouting the pipes to bypass the heater, which is fine since we barely use it. A much more economical alternative. They did a quick and thorough job. Would definitely recommend.

Truly five star service with Refresh. I have been through the wringer with bad pool company after bad pool company and Drew and Nathan have been the breath of fresh air I have been wishing for. They always show on their scheduled day and I never have to worry about my pool functioning smoothly. Other pool companies cheap out on the chemicals so you get algae, but not with Refresh. Additionally, not only are they skilled technicians but they also find the time to communicate efficiently and effectively to the home owner about the status of their pool. Every time I have a question or concern, they respond promptly and always address the concern quickly. Don’t look any further for your next pool company!

Drew and his team are amazing! I found Refresh Pools after being unhappy with several area pool companies. By the time I found Drew, it was the height of summer, my pool was a dark green mess and I was certain it would need to be drained and refilled given its state. Drew came out asap, assessed my pool, explained what he thought would be the best course of action in terms I could easily understand, and communicated with me every step of the way. Since then, my weekly maintenance has been flawless (thank you Justin Shipman, one of Drew’s techs!) and Drew and his team have gone above and beyond at every opportunity, even making a special trip out to every customer before the recent winter weather in January to make sure systems were winterized and operating properly. I truly can’t recommend Refresh Pools enough, they’ve been 5 stars not just when I first became a customer, but even still today.

Hands down the best Pool Company I have worked with on two different properties I own with pools. They are responsive, punctual, and easy to work with. I have had my fair share of bad experiences with other pool companies and have not once been given poor service by this Pool Company. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a pool.

Matthew, Nathan, and Micah did such an incredible job. I have a stock tank pool that I completely neglected and they were up for the challenge of draining and cleaning my swamp. On top of that, they educated me on how to operate my pump, as well as weekly maintenance needs. Truly you will not regret hiring these folks. They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, timely, and kind to boot.

I am a local builder in Dallas and started using Drew and Refresh to manage our pool maintenance. I really appreciate the email with updates after every cleaning. Their entire system from updates, reminders, to bill pay is extremely easy and worry free. They also were also to complete some repairs for me at a lower cost than the pool builder was quoting. I couldn’t be happier with the outstanding service from Refresh Pool Company! From the first visit, their team was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. My older pool has never looked better — crystal clear water, perfectly balanced chemicals, and spotless tiles. They are extremely reliable and responsive, and always keep me informed about what they’re doing. They even send photos after each visit. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. For example, with the recent winter weather they came out to make sure we were prepared for the freeze without my asking. I highly recommend!

A few years ago, I finally gave in to the hassle of DIY'n my pool water and asked Drew Stephenson for help. I'm happy to say the pool water has never looked better. This company is amazing. Matt was very communicative and throughly explained everything that needed to be done to get my pool back in great shape. My pool was a disaster but Drew came in and made it beautiful again. They have been so responsive and professional. They email us after every visit (with pictures) to update us on what was done during their visit. I would highly recommend them.
