Very fast and friendly service. They repaired a trailer mounted power washer and brought it back up to full service in a week.

These guys are great. Hoses, fittings, chems, repairs, motors, pumps, vacuums, they do just about everything. Pricing is on par or better than market competitors.
The other piece is that Christopher and Harvey are genuinely good people and want to help. My experience with everyone at this company has been overwhelmingly positive.

A few months back I had an issue with a thermal release valve on my Landa. We were out cleaning a property and my valve must have gone bad on. I needed a new part fast! My pressure was sputtering and wouldn't have a constant high pressure flow. I couldn't quite figure out what it was at the time and I called Action Cleaning Systems for some advice. I believe it was Jose, if I remember correctly, that recommended to me that it will be the thermal release valve. They had the parts in stock when I arrived shortly after my call & Daniel was able to help replace the valve. I also got an upgraded metal valve instead of plastic. Shout out to the team at Action! My first experience here was spot on. Thank you!

The servicemen were early and prompt. They did amazing in making our carpets look very clean. Thumbs up!

I'm not sure how this company gets 5 stars. They are not professional at all. I called this company 3 days in a row. I was told I would get a phone call to setup a cleaning. No call. Only excuses. I ultimately called another company who answered, confirmed, showed early, and cleaned my furniture. Contact this company at your own risk. Good luck!

David called when he was on the way, and he took his time cleaning. Wore a mask the whole time. Did a wonderful job, cleaned up after himself--very hard worker. Very reasonable pricing that they quoted over the phone. Will use them again!

I scheduled a service with this company a week in advance for a specific time. They do not give you any confirmation email, text or call. The day of I hear nothing from them and had to call several times to just get vague information about my service. The person who answered the phone treated me like I was being rude when I just wanted to know why the technician hadnt called me and what the eta was. I ended up canceling the service and thankfully was able to get a last minute cleaning. It was an unprofessional experience. I was given the run around and treated like I was being a bother.

I am definitely giving this company a perfect rating for a job well done. The servicemen were very prompt and really knew what they were doing. Our carpet looked amazing after they cleaned it up. Great job!
