They were available to clean at last minute for me, and did a FANTASTIC job. Seriously such a great value for the price. I will definitely use them for all future cleaning needs. I highly recommend them. So easy to book, great job, great price.

They did such a good job cleaning out my dad's house after he passed away (not in the home), making a difficult time a little bit simpler for me.

Was not a deep clean. Said they were done and a bunch of dusty top to cabinets and fireplace mantle. When pointed out they cleaned but it was a waste of money. Still has dust balls on carpet and legs of coffee table dusty. They didnt bring a stepstool to get higher places. Just a poor job.

*** Update: Emilys reached out to me and refunded the $572 paid for the deep clean and is going to setup an appointment with their sister company Dallas Maids (who I have used before and happy with, but didn't have the staff to do the job this time). I think that is more than reasonable and shows they are willing to stand good for their company.

I hired Emily's Maids for a move out cleaning, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Booking was extremely easy, they were on time, and the service was fantastic! Definitely would recommend.

I'm updating my review, Emily's Maids did reach out to me after learning of my dissatisfaction with the service I initially received and they were very apologetic and refunded me for the extra charges. I'm glad that they care about customer service.

I scheduled a one time cleaning service for my home via their website. This was my first and last time using them! I wasn't impressed with the cleaning job that was done, it was rushed and it was very expensive once they added extra charges. I was texted at one point to let me know that because I have a home gym, which is actually just a room with an elliptical in it and second living room that I was being charged an extra $50 even though there is nowhere on their website that states there are extra charges for things like this. Not to mention it doesn't even look like the "gym" was cleaned at all. When I texted back to let them know my dissatisfaction I never heard back from anyone. I'm disappointed as I chose this company for their good reviews but I'm not happy and won't be a repeat customer.

Eva did a fantastic job of cleaning my house. She was polite, kind and worked very hard the whole time she was here. Vicki has cleaned for me too and also does a fantastic job.

We had an “incident” at the house that required a thorough deep cleaning. Denise did an amazing job! My 19 year old son was quite impressed.... and you never hear praise from him!! Will definitely refer and use again! Thank you Jill and Denise!!!

Ana came to my house to do a spring cleaning for me and wow did she go above and beyond. Her attention to detail was astounding and there is not a speck of dirt to be found in the entire house. I have never left a review like this but she was truly so wonderful that it felt well deserved!

I am very pleased with my first cleaning from Emily's Maids. Having a large dog who sheds, drools and track mud indoors, I was constantly cleaning and decided I'd rather spend time doing other things. After researching house cleaning services, I chose Emily's Maids because of their number of high reviews and they delivered. I will continue to use them on a regular basis to keep my house clean!!

The service has sent me the same maid the last 3 requests. I love her! She is so nice, respectful, and a hard worker. I like having the same person, but if not available would be understandable, because she knows what I expect and follows that. She even found my lost wedding ring while cleaning!

I paid for a standard clean for my 1-bedroom apartment. I have a cat, so there was cat hair and litter everywhere. The maids came, were professional, quick, and friendly. They completed cleaning the entire apartment faster than the quoted time allotment, and my place looks great! They got all the hair/fur out of my carpets, and even on the sofa! My apartment looks like the day I moved in. Thanks!

Alejandra has been with us since my son was a baby and has seen our needs grow and change and she adapts to it all with such ease. She does a fantastic job, she's consistent, reliable, considerate and takes great pride in how she works and attends to details. It's such a great blessing to have her help and she really goes out of her way to make everything extra beautiful. More importantly to me, she always shows up with a bright smile and warm demeanor--she just fills our home with such joy while she's here and we look forward to seeing her always. She is so kind and thoughtful to us and our son and our home. She is the best--simply irreplaceable. We just love her!
