I've been using Emily's for about 5 years. They've always done a good job. Their people are quick, friendly, and do a great job, a fantastic value considering the price which is very fair.

The deep cleaning services provided by the cleaners was amazing, they took their time. They were extremely dedicated, didn’t even want to take a water or eating break regardless of long it took to clean. I hard to force them to stop and eat something. The house almost felt like it did during our housewarming!

First time using the service and I was very pleased with the result! Cindy did a great job and my apartment was left cleaner and nicer looking than I expected. It may have been cleaner than when I first moved in.

My house hadn't been cleaned for months due to some damage and renovations on the inside. We're talking an inch of dust on everything. After Emily was done with it, everything was absolutely spotless, it was like she turned back the clock and there had never been a mess to begin with. I'm extremely impressed with how good a job she did and the little touches she added to make my home feel liveable again. I can't thank her enough.

I bought a house that was incredibly dirty when I first got to it. Emily's maids deep cleaned it for ~4.5 hours + a small release the next day (free, I noticed they forgot a small room in the back of the house) and this place is SPOTLESS now! Makes the house feel so much nicer and more like home. Their customer service is great and the scheduling team was very accommodating to some last minute changes I made. Would absolutely use them again. ~$600 total for the deep clean of everything (added cabinets) + carpet cleaning for half the house.

I had the pleasure of having Erendira team from Emily's Maid Cleaning clean my home on Friday (1/9/2026), and I’m very impressed with the results. They arrived on time, was professional, and worked efficiently. They paid attention to all the details. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely be booking again in the future.

AMAZING!! That’s all I can say. We are a busy high-tech facility in Plano, Texas. After trying a few other janitorial services- all of whom promised us the world and started off good, but eventually slacked off.. I use Dallas Building Maintenance for my office cleaning needs. I couldn't be happier with their work. They clean the office as well and detailed as I would do myself. They do a very thorough job... what you'd expect from a cleaning service.
